Very helpful staff. Ryan is a sweetheart. Sale every October and every May!! Beautiful and comfortable shoes. I had to walk in my shoes on my carpet at home for 2 days to see if they really fit correctly because I have no arches and very very flat feet. If you don't wear them outside, you can return them within 7 days. I did so and the staff was very helpful in helping me select a new size. I also use their inserts, which are comfortable and supportive. I have used several different inserts over the years and I like these very much. The sandals I bought are super supportive and really cute. What a great combination. Yes they are expensive, but I will be saving money in pain and chiropractor visit. Truthfully.

Nice customer service. In and out fast. Love my new guardian tennis shoes. Very comfortable. As well as the triple soles. Thank you SAS. Store was very clean, and organized. I like that.

Love the shoes as they are of very high quality and comfortably long lasting. I still wear my oldest pair regularly and have had them for over 10 years. I have been in several SAS stores in SoCal and they are all a bit quirky and hickish but the staff have always been helpful and friendly

SAS has the most comfortable shoes; however, if looking for a smaller ladies shoe (5), you may have to order it for a later pickup. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean store, not cheap shoes, but worth the price.

Took my mom in to find some shoes. They were so patient and helpful with her.
I ended up buying some insoles for myself.

This store needs more than one register as well as new procedures that make each transaction take less than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

While searching for a supportive shoe I experienced the boutique store shoe prices but discount store level customer service at the SAS Shoes Laguna Hills Location. The service provided was poor and disrespectful, not focused on customer needs at all. My advice is that If you like this brand, save yourself the unpleasant shopping experience of this store, buy several sizes on Amazon and very easily returning the one's that don't fit. And while you are ordering on Amazon, try a pair or two of Vionic shoes, a more stylish but equally supportive shoe.
