The UPS Store

Visit this UPS store regularly and customer service is always excellent. They do get busy, but that’s to be expected, especially with Amazon returns. Most of the associates are friendly and helpful, and they even have a self serve kiosk for Amazon returns. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

We have been to this location twice in the past 5 days. Excellent customer service. Both times we arrived we were greeted immediately and very friendly.

We were unsure of what box to use and based on the measurements they provided we were able to get the best box at the best price. I walked in prepared to overpay for a bigger box and they did an excellent job of suggesting the correct size.
Which happened to be a cheaper option for me.

When I brought my boxes back the young people at the counter were delightful once again and scanned in all my labels for me.

We also dropped off our Spectrum items here. They were great. Took my stuff, packed it in a box, and gave me the paperwork.

We have a UPS store by our home in Kissimmee and we vowed never to go back again because of such poor service. This experience was a breath of fresh air and has renewed our faith in UPS. We will do all of our holiday shipping from this location.

Nico and his staff we're outstanding got great customer service. They all went over and above what they needed to do to make my experience excellent. I recommend the store highly to my family and my friends.

I was greeted and welcomed in and immediately the girl at the register took me and help me through the process of returning Amazon packages! And walked me through the whole process she was amazing! Wish I knew her name :-)

The people are so easy to deal with and they always package my items so well. The people that receive my packages always say how well it's wrapped

It was my first time using UPS for Amazon returns. The 2 ladies at the desk helped me step by step retrieve my codes. They were friendly, and efficient making my transaction totally stress free. I wish everyone would have this kind of customer service experience.

I've only been here 2 or 3 times, but the customer service has always exceeded my expectations. They're very helpful and patient. I most recently went to Amscot to get something notarized and it was a terrible experience. I ended up not having enough cash on me, as they require it. The lady was very confused by the contract for a fencing project I presented to her. I went to the UPS store then where they were very friendly, knowledgeable and had me out of there in several minutes. I only will take time to write a review for an extremely good or bad service experience. So it's pretty meaningful for me to write one about a mail store.

The staff in this store is the most polite, and accommodating group of people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The location on Rt. 64 is convenient, and having a Personal Mail Box (P.M.B.) has been a great way of getting our mail while wintering in Florida. Along with sending and receiving mail, we had the convenience of using UPS services as well as their copying, scanning and emailing services, The on-site Notary was extremely convenient too since we needed some documents notarized while we were in Florida. We appreciate everything they did for us and thank them all sincerely..

The UPS Store really helped build my business to what it is today. I started 2 years ago and now I have 2 full time employees. I get my business cards, flyers, car magnets, bulk mail postcards, graphic design(ask for Jeff or Brian) and much more....I even have a business mailbox there for large package receiving and storage.
