Very nice shop, whether small or large everyone has to decide for themselves. You won't be besieged by the seller, if you need help it's best to talk to the guys and ask. But they also ask politely, which is what happened to me when I looked at different cowboy hats for 10-15 minutes. It was kindly pointed out that the goods on display were currently the only ones in stock. I looked at several in my favorites and bought one. Unfortunately, I discovered on the beach that it was a bit too big. I called the shop quickly and asked if they had reduction tape. This was answered in the affirmative, I drove quickly and got 4 strips for free, which were completely sufficient. so absolutely customer friendly. I can only recommend a purchase and am pleased with my hat. Thank you

This place is pretty cool if you like this kind of clothing. They have a great selection of boots both western and work boots. Prices are a little high, but what isn't these days. I recommend having a look if you are in the market for boots or western wear. Nice newer store.

Extremely happy after my visit. I have a very small head for a grown man but I ended up walking out with the perfect straw hat and paid much less than I was expecting to. Jay was a huge help and I couldn't have found it without his assistance. He was also very knowledgeable about their huge boot selection so once he showed me the new shark skin boots, I knew I had to have them! They fit great, felt great, and looked great. I'll definitely be back any time I need western wear!

My favorite western apparel shop by far! The employees were great, super helpful and tended to every need I had! I would recommend this place to any one!

Looking for last minute gift for our daughter….Ariat work-boots. We took a chance and drove approx 40 minutes to Russell’s in Bradenton. Looking like a deer in headlights with the huge boot selection a gentleman who happened to be the store manager Bernie came to our rescue. Making something overwhelming really simple we were ready to make our purchase BUT they didn’t have her size. He then reached out to the Dover store where he connected us with Jennifer who was holding our size for us. The selection is great however the service is top notch. Thank you Bernie for everything MUCH MUCH appreciated.

Hailey was so helpful and knowledgeable! I have never bought western boots before and she helped me understand how it should fit and find a cute pair! And she did it under limited circumstances too, because all I could fit into were kids shoes 😅 very reasonable pricing. Will be back again

This Western Wear store is AWESOME!! Very friendly staff, incredible selection of quality products at an affordable price, really clean and organized. My son had been looking for a Cowboy hat, there was a specific style he really wanted. His head is a little bigger so we didn't want to risk buying something online and have to return it. We checked out several other places before driving up from Sarasota. I'm so glad we did! He found exactly what he wanted and is one happy guy!! Thank you Russell's Western Wear, we will be back for some epic Cowboy Boots in the future.

For Christmas my husband bought me a new pair of boots having no idea where to go I asked around. Time and again I was told 'Go to Russell's' so I did. I can't tell you how amazing it is to shop in a specialty store!!! Thank you Susan for making my experience one to remember! One on one service with recommendations and tips to find the best fit possible. I found my new place to shop for all things western. I would give them 6 stars if I could! The Russell’s employees were so nice and patient! They folded up boxes just for me! And when I started stressing they were helping me out and calming my anxiety! And to top it all off I forgot my phone in the store, and one of the employees ran it out to me in the rain!

I have shopped here many times and the staff are some of the friendliest I've been around. I stop here on my way north to our ranch when I wasn't planning on going to work but get that emergency call. I have tiny feet so there aren't many boots that fit me well, but they usually have a few pair in stock that do the trick, so I don't have to work with my good boots on! On top of that they sell some really quality hats at some of the cheapest prices I've seen.

I went in with my husband today to help him find a pair of work boots. We’ve never shopped for western/cowboy boots before, so we were so lost before Susan came to assist us. This was an amazing experience and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for all of your help, Susan.
