I was hoping that they would be able to exchange some vape cartridges that I was having trouble with. They pulled up my receipt and unfortunately I had purchased the products too long ago for them to be able to do anything for me. But they were very nice about it and I understood perfectly about their policies. If I had tried to return them sooner, they would have been happy to assist me. I wasn't aware of the policy but I will keep it in mind for future purchases. Ricky was very nice and professional and pleasant to talk to.

I have gone to this facility since it bore a different name and it was originally opened. Every visit has been a positive one. Since the change, I have found the staff to be as warm, welcoming and informed as in the past. Keep up the great work!

I had the best massage of my life today with Dawn. She listened to my body and adjusted her massage accordingly. She even sent me home with some exercises to help. What a gem! She's my new massage therapist. I feel so lucky I found her!

First visit to Cannabis Outlet was great. Matt was an engaged budtender and offered an enthusiastic range of options that were directly related to my request of “a good deal on an Oz.” Definitely one of my favorite dispensary experiences.

Excellent service! Helped me get what I wanted on a budget and was very patient with me. Being on the spectrum it’s a fine line between needing some extra help and being patronized, George did a perfect A+ job. (I would consider this the most ASD friendly place in the area as long as you’re okay with music, which I happen to love. All the other places seem to really blast the music so in comparison I’d consider this place the quietest anyway). Thank you George and all the great staff, I have always been treated fairly and with respect at the Outlet and I can’t thank you all enough.

A suggestion, if the shop is out of an item (ie: tinctures or salves) offer to send a notification to customer when items are back in stock.

It used to be Lake Effect dispensary, but they moved. It's now cannabis outlet. I went in for a pickup order and they were very nice and prompt. I'd shop there again.

My second time coming and Max just as helpful as Hope (wasn’t able to comment on her for some reason but…) who was my first attendant. Both were very welcoming and professional; they made my experience feel safe and assured. Max wizar’d his way for me and my friend to get the best deal for the day and I appreciated that. One of many reasons why they earn my devoted patronage. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but they are all business here friends.
