Great experience, was able to make a few copies and fax them just as they were closing. They were a great help.

the staff is on it. they make it easy to shop, know where all the stuff is, and i dont get ignored or asked to wait.
i have also had the pleasure of having one on one consultation about my computer at home. this involved explaining today's latest programs and App's to a 48 year old man who's skill set involves welding and chainsaws. they did great! i am very happy with my shopping and service.

Matthew in particular was incredibly knowledgable. Polite. Knew his tech. I usually shop for supplies but today was a laptop and printer. Matthew was objective. Told us pros and cons of comparable systems and helped choose the right computer for my needs. Store manager is lucky to have this guy on staff. Very pleased.

When I go I almost always find what I'm looking for
If I have a need like laminating something or getting a book spiral bound they can do it while I wait. Service is great and friendly.
