Recently, both on 8/18,8/31,& 9/1/23- I needed to have some study material in my photos converted. With help from Beth & particularly the manager Jenn, who figured out the best way to do it. Jenn even put my entire purchase into binders as well. She was very pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again for excellent customer service.

I frequent the Walgreens store on Glen Street for good reason!

Each time I go in, I am always greeted by name and with a smile by each amazing employee (Tina especially).

Each one has been incredible, welcoming, patient, helpful and treat my 2 year old and myself like family.

Keep up the great work! :) we appreciate you

The really tall blonde guy that works there is always so helpful. I think his name is Anton. Anytime I can't find something he is patient and will help me find it. And doesn't make me feel pressured for being slow. Thank you

Everyone in this store are wonderful. The pharmacy Taylor and everyone are so nice and helpful. The perfect neighborhood pharmacy. Yesterday I had to print off pictures for my moms services. Well they didn't come out correct and I didn't say anything to anyone. Today I reprinted pictures again but this time off my cellphone. They all came out amazing. I happen to mentioned to the clerk that my other ones I printed out came out awful. She took the time and look up my pictures from other day. She reprinted them for me and fixed them. She went out of her way!!! I wish I knew her name all I can say is Thank you for going out of your way. You really made my day !!

Went for my booster this morning. Staff great! While I was waiting they had to deal with 2 separate unruly and unreasonable customers. They were professional and handled each situation as best they could. I give the team back there an A+ for how they managed things-and as well took care of me in an efficient manner. Thank you team Walgreens Queensbury!

For several years, Taylor, our most trusted pharmacist, has always served us in a most efficient and professional manner that always reassures us that our health and safety are her utmost priority.

I ended up dropping off a large FedEx package here after my original stop turned out to be closed. The very polite gentleman working behind the counter was quick to identify that I had a FedEx package to mail and he had me in and out in a jiffy. It was super easy and convenient.

Always fills my script on time and quickly

Walgreens of Route 9 would definitely be a great stop just in case I ever need to get asprins during long bike ride.

Clean store and fast line.

The store had a definite “going out of business” vibe and it wasn’t just the changeover of holidays.

We Did find what we needed and were even able to drop off our FedEx package.

Interesting group of employees but they were mostly friendly!

This is a nice clean store with good people. But sorry, when i have to push a button for the English language then i know this is not a store for Americans. I will stick with CVS.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1star. Ever time I come to Place it’s a hassle. They never have the script ready. When this place was rite aide it was so much better that’s why I’m going to CVS Good Riddance:(

Second time I have had issues with picking up medications. First time the drive-thru was closed because of register issues. (I was not dressed to come in the store.) Came last Friday to pick up meds and pharmacy was closed for three days due to lack of pharmacist. Stopped back today (Monday) and another sign stating that the pharmacy will be closed again tomorrow. Will definitely be changing pharmacies!

This used to be a pharmacy with wonderful, courteous, timely service. Now the service is slipshod. Went to get a prescription, told it was not ready. Got email later in day to say it was ready for pickup. Went back 2 days later to get and was told it was not ready. Explained that I had received an email. They said if I had not responded to the email it was probably but back. Email clearly stated " do not respond to this email". I asked them to check the rack ( right behind them) to see if the script was there, they refused. Said they would make up prescription right now and to come back in a few minutes. Waited 20 minutes and went back...was told it still was not ready and that they were too busy. I was told to come back again. That would make 4 trips to get my script. Attitude of "Jamie" at the window sucked! Rude and obnoxious. There is a " roaming pharmicist" and new people. I am changing my pharmacy and will not even use another store in the Walgreen chain.

Pharmacist was very rude when I asked a simple question. I'm not going to be looked at sideways when I ask a question about medicine for my 1 year old daughter. Gave me an absolutely absurd look as if I was stupid. Not going to be treated this way. I am calling corporate on the pharmacy manager . THANKS FOR BEING RUDE FOR NO REASON ! I don't tolerate it.

Reviewing the pharmacy today— I know they’re stressed and overworked so I try to be understanding but I checked in for an 11:50 vaccine booster appointment. I knew I had to wait at the facility 15mins after and I assumed they might run behind so I gave myself an hour to get to work after my appointment. First of all the checked in the 12:10 appointment before me and gave her the spot ahead of me— that’s fine I guess but then 30mins go by and they still have t checked in with us and were still going to take the woman with the later appointment than me. She kindly let me go ahead and the tech administering the booster handed me the wrong paperwork after he jabbed me. He said I called xx and you showed up. I said— she let me go ahead. I walked in here and said I was the 11:50 and had an appt BEFORE the other lady. He got mad at ME! He should have confirmed info before but thank god we were both just getting the booster and not another full dose! Scary.
