They were understaffed and when she was heating my sandwich she stopped to help customers and my sandwich was never finished

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I Went here on a Friday at 7:15pm for a sandwich from the subway, and was told they were closed. Disappointed, but ok; no big deal. I then asked to use the restroom, and was told the restroom was also closed before the clerk turned his back to me; completely ignoring me. Have not had this bad of service almost anywhere I’ve been; gas station or not. Will absolutely not EVER be going back, and will not be suprised if they go out of business. So much for trying to support the local mom&pop stores. Guess they don’t need my business that bad. Spend a bit more and drive somewhere else. You will probably get a semblance of customer service!

Honestly probably the worst gas station I’ve ever come across. The bathroom is gross, and yes I know all gas station bathrooms are gross. There’s a sign on the door stating that you can’t use it unless you buy something, there’s no lock on the door either. I walked in with my son and a guy was sitting at the table near the bathroom, I walked in and read the sign. I looked towards him as he obviously worked there and he nodded that I could use the restroom. At the time I didn’t think anything weird but it truly wouldn’t surprise me if they had hidden cameras in there, he saw a girl and young child going in of course he’d allow us to use it. We didn’t buy anything, and when we exited the bathroom the guy sitting at the table went in right after we did. I don’t get good vibes from here, always rude behind the counter as well. They also have no pricing on the drinks, the guy said the prices change so often and he’ll just let me know the price. That’s shady in my opinion, I’m sure he increases it for his own benefit. I don’t ever get gas here either, I recommend anywhere else getting gas. I’d rather not give my money to these people.

Google says open till 9pm. I show up at 8:26pm, and it's closed. Also, I've had family members have problems using the bathroom.

My step dad had a massive stroke in their parking lot while pumping gas. First responders came to transport him to the hospital. While we were trying to deal with his situation and get to the hospital to say goodbye, we were told my dads truck couldn't stay in the parking lot. We even moved the truck out of the way but they still harassed us about getting it off property. The elbert county sheriff's had to plead with them. They then gave us 24hrs to remove the vehicle which was fine. If it weren't for the police, we would have had to deal with that instead of saying goodbye. I don't care if I run out of gas in front of this gas station. I will walk for days before giving them a dime of my money again. Very rude, and no sympathy for a customer with a massive stroke. I've been in there prior to this incident as well where they have double charged me and unable to use the bathroom before purchasing anything. Awful awful people. 😖

This place stinks!!! Everything is very overpriced. The bread is always stale. They are obviously too cheap to have cosignment service and probably stock the store with supplies from costco or Sam's. The Subway is awful, I have ordered sandwiches maybe 4 times there and they always short the sandwiches on ingredients, especially lunch meat. The older lady seems to have a major attitude problem. I wish we had something that functioned properly as a quick stop. Gas is expensive, you would figure for what they charge you would be treated better. Every time they get a decent employee they disapear after a couple months, goes to show they don't give a $#@! about the customers. I only go there for emergency gas stops. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Deserves zero stars. Horrible place. I went in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom until I bought something sorry I am not going to buy something and then bring it into the restroom. Lady at the counter was rude as hell about it too by shoeing me away with a hand gesture to go buy something first. Horrible customer service. Hope this place goes bankrupt. Go into town and buy gas also. There is no excuse for over charging people besides greed. Here $3.64 a gallon in town $3.14. Worth the drive into town at that rate.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. So I just tried to use the restroom here at this gas station and the lady at the register denied me because I wasn’t a “customer” buying something. I am a home health therapist who is servicing the community. It’s just quite appalling to me as a health care worker I was denied to use the restroom. May be for the best seeing the other review about the restroom being disgusting.

employees have ignored my mother and asked inappropriate questions about her appearance on multiple occasions. mean and nasty and everyone around knows it - must stay afloat bc it's one of the only places for fuel in the area for many folks.

Idiots!!!! Went in to scan 2 separate lottery tickets and moron rang up the same one twice.... ENGLISH!!!! Done with this place, never going back. Can't stand people that cannot do their jobs correctly! I go into work everyday and complete tasks laid out before me....... Singing Hill's gas station GOOD BYE, NEVER DOING BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

Literally my son had a bloody nose and we ran in there really quick and they didn’t let us go use the bathroom to get rid of the bloody nose and the lady there said he couldn’t because we had to buy something. Then- she made us clean the mess up.

The moment another place opens in any close distance to this place it will be out of business. Abolsutely horrible staff that is rude every time I go in, either on the phone or treating other customers badly. I don't expect stellar customer service at a gas station, but this place fails even at those low standards.

I will never get gas here again! This gas station is ghetto. The people that run it lack customer service skill’s, especially the Hindu lady. It’s unfortunate that this gas station is the only one in the middle of a nowhere.

You will find unauthorized charges on your credit card if you use it to pay for gas here.

Half the items have no prices. This place needs a tax audit asap

Doesn’t accept state approved identification, and recognized by federal law, intresting🤔

Can’t use restroom without spending money.
