The Home Depot

I am in this Home Depot often and love that I can bring my puppies along for a good long walk as I hunt for the things I need. All of the store staff are eager to help when I need it. I especially appreciate the check out staff. Their upbeat attitudes always put me in a happier mood even after taking all my money. ;)

I went in today to purchase some Milwaukee batteries and tools and the level of customer service I received was absolutely above and beyond normal. As a mechanical contractor I work all over the front range and have made several similar purchases at various Home Depot locations (and have always been satisfied) but after my experience at this location today I'll be doing my best to plan my purchases and do more business at this location.

Huge shout out to Logan at the parker store. I came in with a bunch of wood to buy and cut. He was more than happy to help. He didn't complain once and really worked with me to get all my wood cut to the correct sizes. He also waited on me while I went and got more wood and had to resize and recalculate measurements. He did awesome and was so patient. We need more like him. Thanks again Logan.

If you need help with purchasing an appliance, Jessica is your girl. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her friendly smile and demeaner were very much appreciated while shopping for an appliance. Thank you so much, Jessica.

We ordered granite counter tops from the Parker store. They were very helpful, and we received great customer service throughout the process!! They had Front Range Stone install them and they did a top-notch job. You have to look at the counter up close to see the slight seam in the counter. From start to finish we had a great experience.

I generally have a slightly positive impression of Home Depot, but this particular one exceeded my expectations. In particular, the customer service was top notch. Although I had to ask a few times, for the most part I practically had employees throwing themselves at me to help me — they were ALL very friendly and sincere, not in the usual fake customer service persona sort of way, and it was very refreshing. They ended up not having what I needed, and I ended up going on a wild-goose chase through the store and coming out empty-handed — however, because of the service, and how patient the employees were with my very particular needs, I still somehow felt very satisfied with the visit.

Picked up a toolbox during the bitter cold. Jeremy and his team took care of me quickly and we're a delight to work with.

Great Paint, Great Service each and every time! Selling BEHR Paint makes my job much easier, as most customers already know the qualities of BEHR Paint sold at every Home Depot Store.

Shout out to Dimitri at the 11111 Parker Rd. store in Parker, CO. His customer service skills are top notch! I went in to get a couple of bags of brown mulch. Many of the bags had holes in them so I was trying to maneuver through them to find those with the least amount of damage. Dimitri was passing by, noticed I could use some help and proceeded to lift and tug until he found a few good bags. I appreciate him for going over and beyond!

Not my first home Depot review, normally done for the Google points. That being said they're likely to have what you need when you need it if you're working on making your home more livable or more attractive.

I would like to let you know of the Exceptional Customer Service Experience my husband & I experienced in the Parker Home Depot on 12/27/22👍👍

Lumber: A young man, named Russell (photo attached) help us with the acquisition of cull lumber pieces. Right off the bat, his positive & enthusiastic ENERGY was exceptional!!! Although the store’s larger radial alarm saw was not working properly, Russell’s apologies & patience was OUTSTANDING!! While waiting for repair, he opted to use a panel saw which worked just fine to accommodate our needs; which then allowed our lumber to fit in our car!
This man was like icing on a cake, never showed any sign of frustration or impatience. JUST EXCELLENT “Customer Service”!!!!
Soon, while at Check out…the Cashier, SONDRA, quickly & professionally assisted with our check out! Every little question had an answer & she was thoroughly professionally pleasant!!

Yes, WE WILL BE BACK to Parker Home Depot!!

My hubby and I love great customer service. Employee Tye helped us find a stellar deal on a trash can that was on sale. It was the same trash can we were originally looking at and it came with a second small trash can. We are so thankful to Tye for saving us a few bucks and for making us feel like valued customers.

Great service awesome store, I asked an employee that was off duty for help and he helped me all of the karts were accumulated outside as well as in the store and we were checked out quickly.

HUGE shout out to Peyton for his GREAT customer service!!! As a woman, I don’t generally shop the Parker location due to the way I’ve been treated. Last night I needed assistance in having wood cut for shelves. Initially I was ignored when I asked for assistance — then received an arrogant, condescending attitude (this time from Chuck. UGH!!!)

THANKFULLY Peyton stepped up and came to the rescue! He attentively listened to what I needed, went above and beyond in his assistance, then stayed with me through the process to ensure the task at hand was completed. THANK YOU, Peyton!!! YOU will keep me coming back.

Nothing is perfect but you gotta love the Depot for the many DIY projects completable from one store. Guess that's why HD is my go to for all things home. Always have what is needed!

Went in to purchase a door. Friendly service, reasonable pricing. It is what you expect from Home Depot. This one is a good one. Parking lot can get a little hectic and there always seems to be “stuff” (merchandise) in the parking lot and in the aisles making me think maybe the store needs to be bigger?

Same as it's always been. I go here because I've been going here since the 90s. Most stores are laid out the same so it's easy to remember/ find what I'm looking for. Plenty of friendly, somewhat knowledgeable staff around to answer questions or help find something. Self-service checkouts and HOTDOGS 🌭 (sometimes).
