My local Gamestop has always been awesome the staff changes but they seem to find cool gamer people to work at the Pomona store and I just scored my PS5 thank you to the staff it was fast and easy excellent customer service

Great place!! Its smal, but it more than makes up for its size in the tenacity and friendliness of its employees! I wish I remembered the name of the guy helping me, but he was great. Asked what I was looking for, helped me find it right away. even apologized for being on the phone, despite the fact that it was a purely professional call about inventory, as if I'd be upset! I bought an iced Kait Controller and Gears 5 Ultimate edition, he even helped me use my rewards to get the Jack Drone set!! Thank you again you sly sales guy! Will definitely be returning to this gamestop next time I need equipment and games 😁😁😁❣

My nieces birthday I went to my nearest game stop..got a game reserved for pre purchase..she loved the gift I loved the helpfulness of the staff..they made it so easy for me ...I'm not anywhere close to being a gamer but the staff knew exactly what game she wanted..A plus 5 stars..
