I called the store to find a pair of purple and white Jordan 1’s for my wife. A young lady by the name of Olivia answered and was extremely helpful. Even though that store did not have the shoe, Olivia went out of her way to go and see if her store had them in stock( keep in mind the website said that store had them). I called 2 of Finish line’s competitor stores and was put on hold, hung up on and one didn’t even answer. Finish Line answered right away. Olivia was extremely professional and actually made me feel good even though her store did not have the shoe, I decided to order it online. Y’all need more employees like her.

I called in to check availability of a shoe for my son. The salesperson (I can't remember his name Salesperson 0325156) was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He created a hassle free and worry free experience for me. I asked if he can put them aside for me for an in store pick up...when he said "I got you." I felt at ease. THANKS

Finish Line has been and always will be my favorite shoe and apparel store, they treat you well and they always have the freshest new gear that you're looking for. I've bought many shoes from them faithfully and will continue to for years. You gotta go in and try them out, you won't be disappointed!

The manager here George is excellent. Super super helpful. This store doesn’t have much product but if you want a pleasant experience I Absolutely recommend shopping at this location.

Back to school for granddaughter, she was unable to locate the footwear she desired. Today while visiting The Finish Line a shipment had arrived yesterday in her desired size/style. Everyone is happy! Grandpa is a hero to #1 granddaughter.
