A five star earn for the staff! The owner seems uninvolved / absent. Frequently when I visit this store they are out of stock on phones and one time SIM cards I desperately needed. 5 stars because the staff take those challenges out of their control and still make a great customer experience and never forget my customer style or name. 👍

samantha is very helpful she helped me set up auto pay which saves me $9 each month, she helped me refer all my contacts to cricket for up to $250 in bill credits and she set me up with phone insurance!! 10/10 would recommend

Went there for the first time after I had a minor problem with my Verizon phone since my local store was closed at the time. He did not turn me away, patiently explained to me what he could or could not do for obvious resreas and walked me through a solution. After a couple of days I decided to switch and so far so good. Excellent customer service. I upgraded to new phone from a flip phone. I had several questions in how to use the phone. I was pleased with their help. I would buy another phone and would recommend buying a phone plan from cricket in Batavia.
