The two gentlemen who inspected the bike were kind and courteous.

Cliff, assistant store manager at the johnson city mall store, went out of his way to help Me with a scorecard issue and an online order. Excellent customer service experience 👍 great store!

Great location in the mall, several sales going on all the time.

I got fitted for some new Taylormade Stealth irons and Chris did a great job. He tried 30-40 different configurations with different shafts and lofts. He was very patient and even gave me tips to hit the ball straighter and fixed my grip. Would definitely come back and get fitted for more clubs.

Associate's were very helpful, bought 2 kids bikes and some accessories.
They had room for the kids to try out the bikes.

Only issue is the bathrooms were filthy, and women's was out of toilet paper
Let a manager know, hopefully they will check and clean them more often

Amazing experience! My best friend and I went today 7/27/20 to purchase some new shoes to work out in from the Johnson city, TN location. While searching and not knowing what kind to get, a young man named Tyler was very helpful and informative with helping us pick out the best pair possible with our needs. Very professional and there to help us at any moment. Thanks to Tyler I feel like I got the best purchase at the best price with this young mans help! Over all great experience! 10/10 Thanks Tyler!

Staff member went above and beyond to help! Last minute much needed vacation and couldn't find a team shirt for the sporting event I was going to. They made sure I got what I wanted. Definitely recommend these guys!

Called to see if they had a specific shoe and size, and they were like "yeah, we have ONE, would you like us to put it off to the side for you".... Absolutely! I'm on my way! And all 3 of my kids found hoodies on clearance while we were there also!

Staff was super friendly. We called in looking for wood pellets, 5 mins later we get to the store and they have the wood pellets in question behind the front counter. 10/10 customer service!

I am just sharing the experience. All went great. Helper was wonderful. Had the item we wanted. He loaded it and off we went.

But you know man at the JC mall today that was over the baseball and softball department was very kind. I want to say young because well I have a preteen and an official teenager LOL. For volleyball and I softball lover growing up and player. And aloe vera that's taking interest in her siblings sport love as she had her elderly sisters for Love of volleyball with just skills training. Things like this is what helps children seek their passion find a way to stay on track and relate to not just relatives but other people. Because life is hard in school is hard and their generation is like no other we've ever experienced before. I want to be a part of it and a part of the goodness and the greatness that becomes the future and that's as parents allowing our children to get involved with many things to find their passion because when they do they grab hold. And this gentleman helped my daughter gladly with softball as she was the oldest but the newbie and today was a big hit because of him if I knew his name I would give him a personal shout out and we were up there today in between 4:30 and 5:30 and the gentleman that gave all the advice so the gentleman that stained the meds and tried to give them somewhere as anyone knows the process he deserves a lot of credit today.

Knowledgable, nice staff. There to sell you wuat you need, not what's expensive or just the "hot item of the month". Open later than the mall on Sunday which REALLY helped me with a last minute return/exchange.

Large selection of sports and hunting gear. Great layout inside the store and easily accessible for everyone. Prices are higher than other stores but quality brands.
