Jacob, Emily, and Alyssa are all awesome! I’m new to Vaping and they were all very helpful to all my questions. They also have an exceedingly large variety of Juices to choose from “ from beginner to avid user”,Come on down and get your “Vapor On”.

Went here tonight clueless on everything. The lady that was working was AMAZING. She was patient and answered all questions I had. So if you are looking to stop smoking and need help deciding come here. After tonight I will be a forever loyal customer.

I don't vape, so I don't know anything about vaping, and I thought I would be uncomfortable in one of the stores, but my visit to Planet Vapor was very satisfying. The girl working behind counter was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions and she answered every one with a smile. I would definitely recommend this vape store even just to look around. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are very knowledgeable. I went to help a friend find the mouthpiece to an orbit vape ended up buying a vape of my own. She didn't try to convince me to buy anything extra and she totally explained how to use the one I purchased. I haven't tried it yet, but it's the Freemax vape so I'm looking forward to the experience. Make sure to check this location out on 2244 N. Roan St in Johnson City TN

A really good vape shop in Johnson City. Planet Vapor has remodeled since the last time I visited. They had a buy 2 get one free sale on a disposable vape I haven't tried! Friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. Thank you!

Staff is always pleasant, selections are good and prices are reasonable. I got a malfunctional mod from them a year or so back and they replaced it right quick!

So many flavors to choose from. I picked up 4 and a new mod. The lady working Sunday morning was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Unfortunately I was given the wrong mg in one of the juices and didn’t realize it until after I opened it. All 4 flavors were on point though.

The staff is always very friendly and they always go the extra mile to make sure that we leave happy. They also have a great inventory of house and premium juices to choose from. Highly recommend!
