Every time I come here I have a great experience, extremely helpful staff, and a friendly laid-back environment. Most recently I had issues with a couple of phones on my line. Brad and the manager moe, I think was his name, were beyond helpful in exploring my options. Even in a somewhat difficult situation, they were able to be patient and help me understand. I really appreciate it!

I went into this Verizon was greeted right away. They heard what I wanted (which was to switch back to Verizon) I had to wait a bit of time, but nothing serious. I told them what I needed and that I had a business. They set me up with my account, and business internet with no issues. Jeremy and Jon were great!

I was excited to know this was a corporate location. Andrew was extremely helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for and even made a great suggestion. I took his advice and left the store with all that I needed. Brad was also very helpful. Thanks for listening to my silliness and smiling with me. Friendly atmosphere.

Super friendly service. My salesman "brad" was great he explained everything very well, patient, friendly. Got my mom a new "smart" phone and she's a tough customer lol he helped her so much. Thanks Brad you rock! She's happy 😊

Jonathan did a great job of quickly getting me online with a new Samsing S23 after my S7 died. I was in and put within an hour thanks to his quick work and cloud backup. Rather than using sales pressure, he offered options and tradeoffs that made sense. I was very pleased.

I had a complicated problem in accessing an account for a friend who has been hospitalized. I was fortunate to get Devon to help me, who was extraordinarily patient and proficient technically. I had been rebuffed in a Verizon store in another state and this was a completely different experience. Thank you Devon.

First time ever ordering a phone online and had to do a pick up in store, Fast and fast out. Giving it 5 stars because the store was clean the gentleman was professional but I have to admit that the customer relation part of coming in to buy a phone and then discussing it then talking about all the Bells and whistles is missing. That's not Verizon's fault. I guess it's just where technology is going. I can appreciate how easy was to buy the phone online, go pick it up from the store but part of the reason why don't buy a phone but once every 3 to 4 years is because I don't need one more often. I just used it for calling and texting, but I also enjoy the customer experience with staff. When we go to this Verizon store we deal with Justin, and I have been in that store 2 times in less than a week and as far as I can tell he doesn't work there anymore which is a shame because hes a really great guy very knowledgeable and super supportive. But again with technology almost like you just don't get that kind of 1 on 1 anymore. The customers that I did see who were being helped, did seem to be engaged very much with the representative that was with them in the gentleman who assisted me and brought out my phone in a bag, bless his heart, was very kind and very nice.

Stellar employee helped me with an upgrade. Offered lots of supplementary goods/services because that's their job, but respected my choices for or against without any push. Friendly, patient and helpful.

Kyle Sheridan was outstanding! He helped me through a hard process and fixed the problems that 611 couldn't. Also, Andrew was outstanding in helping me with my issues. All and all great team and great service

Really liked the salesman Brian. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Found good deals for us too. The whole process took very long though. We were there over an hour and a half.

The rep took great care of the whole family. It 3 phones getting upgraded it took some time and she was VERY patient and detailed making sure we were all happy with the new phones. We even got a great deal on a iPad

The second my fiancé and I arrived to the store, Krystal had the door opened for us. She greeted us with a welcoming smile and was ready to help us out. Before arriving at Verizon, we had just come from at&t and had a bad experience there. We had mentioned this to Krystal and she was willing to see what she could do for us. With only being in the store for about 45 minutes, we walked out with two new phones and smiles on our faces. Krystal was very informational and willing to far and beyond to help us out! She deserves a raise!!!

My girlfriend and I were very happy with the tech who helped us get her a new phone. Verizon offered a great trade in value on her old phone which made the 13 pro max very affordable!

Was treated great. Came over from Sprint And saved over 100$ a month. Then a few days later saw a commerical for 10$ a month pixel phone. Went back to the store and they gave us the new monthly price. Could not ask for better service.

These guys are very helpful and will take the time to try and solve your issue. While they’re other stores around, this is the one I tend to choose because of the past service I’ve had here.

Went in to have my tablet looked at and ended up taking about upgrading my entire inventory of devices..Kiana was very professional and easy to work with.. did not make any decisions but left with the understanding that we would be back after talking over the proposal...we have been doing business at this location for over 10 years and have always come away satisfied

I had a prepaid Iphone 6s plus took a dump on me after 6 months of ownership. 2 different staff members took the time out of there day to assist my needs with a new phone. I felt feeling satisfied with the verizon team.
