What a great experience! From the first time we stopped by the showroom, we knew this was the place. This is a family run business. They were very transparent with their pricing (nothing is more annoying than feeling like you're getting the run-around). They delivered the bed when promised. Setup was handled so professionally. They not only install efficiently (and, yes, you are consulted to make sure it is placed exactly where you want it) but they clean up every last speck and give you a "tour" of your new bed. They explain how best to handle it all, from bringing the bed down to putting the desk away (and if you're looking for a bed/desk combination, this one is ingenious!). Do not hesitate to use them. We will be back!

About six months we purchased a bed from this family and everything went great! They're a family owned business and you can tell from the minute you walk into the door until they leave your home after installing the bed. They help you pick one that fits your needs, build, deliver, and install it. We've had ours for about six months and the quality is outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to visit them again to purchase another one if needed and highly recommend them to anyone in need of one.

This is a great family owned company! I just had my queen size Murphy Bed installed in my condo by Dan Hill (owner) and his nephew. It is perfect! The attention to detail was amazing. Dan is a bit of a perfectionist which I can relate to and I really appreciate. His wife Gale was my fist contact and she is wonderful. She directed me to Swip Swap to sell my bunk beds which were sold in less than two weeks. Thanks Gale!

Dane and his wife were very helpful when we went to their showroom to help us pick out the Murphy Bed that fits our needs. They actually make the bed and install it at your home - we shopped all around and they definitely had the best prices. They installed our bed and we could’t Be happier. Wow! I can’t begin to describe how impressed we were with Dane and his family. Not only did they do an excellent job creating and installing our very solid Murphy Desk Bed, but the price was VERY reasonable-comparable to and usually better than similar products found online. We were so impressed that we actually had them come back and create an entire shelving system for our kitchen pantry and will have them come back to do our Master closet in the future.

My wife and I visited the showroomI last December and were quite impressed with the operation. We ordered our first Murphy bed and had it installed a few days later. Super professional installation and they even vacuumed the rugs before they left.

They knew from the start that we just wanted our Murphy bed moved from one room to another, the front panels replaced due to damage, and the addition of two shelf units. They never tried to pressure us into buying a new bed or upsell us on anything. They also have good prices. The business owners, Dane and Gayle, his wife, thought of just about everything concerning the job. They both ensured that they had the correct measurements, color, grain, and style of wood to match our existing bed casing.

On the day that Dane and his nephew, Adam, showed up to do the work, they were efficient, yet careful not to damage anything. After the bed was moved Dane noticed that the bed was a little slow to close, so he and Andy added a spring to each closing arm. Next, after the shelf units were attached, Dane noticed that the bottom face board of original bed’s case was inset from the frame, while the new book shelf units’ were flush. Dane thought that it would look better if they matched and offered to install a piece to make it flush like the book shelf units at no extra charge. When I offered to pay, he insisted on doing it for free. He just had to return to his shop and cut the piece using some of the extra wood that he had after cutting the panels and shelf units. After ensuring that he wasn’t affecting our plans for the day, he and Adam headed back to the shop, stating that he’d be back in ninety minutes. We live in North-East Jacksonville, while his shop is in Saint Augustine. So they made a second trip to cut a new board and install it at no charge for something that wasn’t their responsibility to ensure that we, the customers, were completely happy with their work. That really impressed us. We were already completely happy with their work and he just went above and beyond. I’ve never had anyone do something like that for me before who wasn’t family or a close friend. That’s customer service. That’s one of the many reasons that my wife and I will hire Dane and his family again.
