Awesome experience! Went in to upgrade my phone and Ashley made it an easy pleasureful experience! I 100% recommend going there because of her expertise and patients. It refreshing to see great costumer service like this! If she’s not the manager yet she should be!

I recently visited the AT&T storeat Durbin Pavillion on Race track Rd. I was greeted and helped the minute i walked in the door by Gabriella. She was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. My issue was resolved immediately; and i felt like a valued customer of AT&T. This is the level of service that warrants loyalty! Ashley and Jessy was very professional and listened to our concerns on acquiring new cell phones for the family. They explained two different plan options to help lower our monthly bill. We purchased 4 new iPhones with protective glass coverings and walked out extremely happy. They even took their time to set up all 4 new phones from our previous devices information. As a customer of both Metro PCS and AT&T, I encountered an issue where my Metro PCS phone failed to send important business emails for over a week, causing a delay in communication with clients and potential customers.
The manager, Isai "Jesse," displayed exceptional knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness. Despite multitasking and assisting his associates, he still provided individualized and top-notch customer service by explaining the features of the phones, watch, and tablet. Isai also informed us about a special offer where we could receive a free watch and tablet upon purchasing a phone.
Considering these factors, I ultimately decided to upgrade both phones and my service plan with AT&T, making a wise choice for my needs.

Had a good experience so far, the store was busy but the staff was polite and took care of all my questions. I got phones for my family and they were able to explain the bill and got me some discounts that were available that I had no idea about. Good job guys

Rodrigo was amazing! He helped me transfer over from verizon! Save me about $100 a month on my phone bill! I went from $166 to $65! I also was able to get the newest iPhone! Just make sure your current phone is in good condition!

I came in by chance, & i’m glad i did! Any amount of savings helps in this economy!

Ashley was so sweet and helpful! We came in to switch wireless carriers and trade in our phones. She helped us get everything set up and was so patient with our questions. She also helped us improve our wifi and bundle our plans! Her male coworker friend was great too!

By far the BEST store I have visited! The entire team including Isai have been the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and by far the most professional than I experienced at any AT&T store! Thos store os the sole reason I kept service today amd they resolved any issues expeditiously!

My first impression of this location was less than subpar. Lenore changed that quickly!! Long story short I had been dealing with a jacked up account and didn’t receive the correct phones to begin with and no one was willing to really look into what could be done that did not involve me spitting out hundreds of dollars to fix a problem att created. Thankfully after speaking to customer service they assured me this was an easy fix but I had to return to the store. I was upset because I had been there on 3 other occasions and left more upset than the time before. I explained to Lenore what was going on and immediately she pulled up my account read the notes and called customer service to see what could be done and how… she was able to do what 3 other employees (including a manager over the phone) told me could not be done. Thank you so much for remedying the many issues I was having and taking the time to investigate to give me a better experience. You guys need to promote her!!!

I just went to this store for the first time and I had a great experience! The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The manager was also very helpful in helping with my issue.

Me and my mom went in the store today to get help with my mom's phone. A really nice girl named Ashley helped my mom with her phone. We will never forget her!! She helped us right away, and she was very kind :) She deserves an award!!

Went in to up grade my daughters phone and had the best experience at this location. Spencer was the person who helped us. Very friendly and knowledgeable even taught me things about the phone I didn’t know I could do. We received the upgrade and it was very fast and painless. I would recommend this location to anyone. I and my family will definitely be using this location in the future for all of our phone needs.

Had to visit store twice because my entire neighborhood had an outage affecting phone calls and incoming texts. Store was busy and hectic but employees were wonderful and got everyone taken care of with a workaround. The evening manager Lisandro and an associate named Jay were especially patient, kind, professional, and efficient. The store did an awesome job under pressure.

Ashley, Endert, Jesse, best customer service experience I have had in decades. Sad people can't all act like them!

I walked in to AT&T and Lenore was the first person up to help me and she was amazing. So quick and efficient, she helped me with everything that I needed with a great attitude. Would highly recommend her to anybody!

What an exceptional experience we had at this location! The team was courteous, patient, extremely helpful and knowledgable and the best part? They are fast and efficient. We anticipated being in the store for a long...long......time....... and boy were we wrong! Spencer, the manager, is on top of everything and keeps his eyes ands ears to everything going on in the store and jumps in if needed. This is the only location we will go to from now on.

I switched carriers so I created a new account, upgraded my phone, and got internet. Hannah took care of me and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and helped me make the best decision to fit my needs. Furthermore, the other staff members were all very friendly. It was truly a pleasant experience
