CVS

Really nice pharmacist and techs. Once, my insurance put a hold on a script and they advised how I could resolve it. Another time, my Dr. sent my script to the wrong CVS, so this CVS corrected the location and filled the script in 5 minutes.

Pharmacist was very helpful in getting my prescriptions. Great customer service!

I was at the pharmacy this evening getting a prescription. It wasn’t ready yet, so I chose to sit there and wait for it. An older woman came in to get a prescription and was so cruel to Julie. She was cussing at her under her breath, yelling, and threatening to call corporate…again. Julie handled herself beautifully. She was calm, collected, and continued to assist the woman. I saw the woman complaining to the store manager about Julie. I did call him later and explained the situation to him; that the woman was hostile and Julie was extremely professional.

Julie is one of the best in that department and I applaud her for maintaining her professionalism when faced with aggression. Well done, Julie. You are appreciated!!!

I’ve been coming here for years for prescriptions. Despite what the other comments say about the pharmacy staff, I’ve always had positive experiences. Sure, CVS has high store prices overall, but what pharmacy doesn’t? In my experience, however, the pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful. I actually had my prescriptions reverted from a different pharmacy back to CVS Elizabethtown because I found them so easy to deal with.

I've been to the E-Town CVS pharmacy at least half a dozen times in the last 6 months to pick up prescriptions. Always fast service, staff is pleasant and helpful. They also offered me the yearly flu injection which I accepted and was given, adding less than 10 minutes to my prescription pickup time. I'll continue to have my prescriptions sent to this store/pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff is understaffed and overworked and STILL has amazing response / refill times and always great service.

Cvs store : is horrible

I have had good experiences here. I am not sure why so many people give them bad reviews. They have always been helpful and courteous. Prescriptions always ready on time.

Been getting prescriptions filled for years at Elizabethtown store and never had a serious issue with them. Sometimes one just needs to be patient.

A-OK. I'm unsure what others are complaining for.

We live in the Greatest Country in the World.. and we are in Peacetime baby. 5 Stars.

I have had only positive experiences here. Granted, I only use the pharmacy due to insurance reasons, but I do like them.

Prescriptions are always ready an hour after they are sent to this cvs. Always quick, polite, and easy.

Have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for most items.

Extremely pleasant, helpful and kind.

The go to place for all my grandkids specific cold medicines and little special gifts. Always a friendly staff

UPS drop off the clerk was very helpful and courteous
