Nabil provided EXCELLENT service at the Tysons Corner store! He answered my many questions with patience and expertise. He was genuine, friendly, helpful and efficient. I upgraded my iPhone, purchased an Apple Watch, phone cover and screen protector. Will definitely return and request him for future purchases.

This review is for Mr. Nabil (Bill). He is one of the most helpful, professional, and trustworthy people I’ve ever worked with. He has been my go-to person for the last 10 years and I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. He is so patient and has helped me set up plans over the years as well as troubleshoot any problems with skill and expertise. Try to work with Mr. Nabil if possible, you will not be disappointed.

Amalia and Michael were incredibly kind and patient with my husband and me. During our visit, a difficult customer arrived and exhibited racist and violent behavior towards them. Despite this, they handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. We truly appreciated their excellent service.

My iPhone was stolen on Memorial Day, during my travel to Washington DC, this summer. I notified my wireless service AT&T, and I was directed to the nearest AT&T store (Tyson’s Corner). Where I received Prompt, Friendly, Service. AT&T deactivated the stolen iPhone and provided me an activated replacement with all my apps and data secure and safely restored via Apple iCloud. A sincere, Thank you AT&T, from a long long time customer.

I was unhappy with my current provider Verizon and was doing some shopping around. I walked into AT&T and was immediately greeted by someone. Now I am a first responder and didn’t have a discount with Verizon. The staff here led by the manager Oscar knew exactly what I needed. They made sure all my needs were met and now I’m on Firstnet. Nabil Sidhom is the best, ever. I was in the verge of leaving AT&T after being a customer for around 15 years: there was a repeated mess up on my online orders. He not only fixed the problems but also made a good offer and I added extra lines.

Frankie greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. After asking the reason for my visit (getting my 11-year-old her first phone as she heads to middle school), Frankie quickly gave me a few options to choose from that were perfect for her age and abilities that would not break the bank. Frankie was very helpful and courteous even when I had to cut my time short due to another appointment. He offered to complete the setup of her phone once I was finished with my appointment. And he did just that. Now my daughter is a happy 11 year old and I have some money still in my pocket!!

Daniel at AT&T Tyson’s was amazing and so honorable with me. I purchased a MagSafe battery from the AT&T store in Tysons, it did not work correctly after only one week. Being from out of town I tried three other AT&T stores to fix the problem. Everyone sent me away. But Daniel actually listened to my problems and even agreed to send a replacement battery! AT&T should know I have a business account with you and he is the reason I will stay with AT&T. Well done Daniel!
