Plato's Closet

I love Plato’s closet I could be there everyday! The workers are always so nice and the get my buys done so quick ! They get new things everyday and I love finding the new hot stuff! The store is always so organized and the music is amazing! 10/10 would recommend shopping here!!

This is a great store run by a fantastic owner,. All the service people work hard and are very helpful. The items in the store are reasonably priced. I purchased many beautiful items. I will definitely be back to shop again and again!!

I have never been to a nicer Plato’s closet, every time I go I find a new piece for my closet. The workers there are the nicest ever and very willing to work with you. Everything in the store is priced very well.

I always have a great shopping experience the young ladies who work there are very nice I enjoy their music and they are very understanding when my son knocked over their mannequin in their front window 😂 I am very pleased with their customer service .

I really enjoyed visiting this location of Plato’s closet. I have visited a different location that was nearby and usually when I try to sell large quantities of clothing they buy one or two things. This store bought lots of my items and I was left satisfied. I see many comments on here saying the staff was rude or unhelpful. This was not the case in my experience. This location is far superior to the others that are in northern VA.

The employees here are so very helpful. you can always find something even when you’re not looking to spend! They get new stuff every day!

Such an awesome store! My first time ever here and I found so many amazing name brands! Ended up getting 3 lululemon items all bran new saving me so much money! Customer service was also great, ladies working were so kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Love Platos Closet and really love this location! I am so happy that they have great Covid protocols, including socially distanced dressing rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they are the only consignment store I have seen to have online ordering!! This is a fantastic feature not only during Covid, but for busy, working individuals who love to shop online. They also have a great Instagram page where they post new items and allow customers to put things on hold. Highly recommend this location.

Great Collection of shoes. You can buy brand new shoes at almost 60% less than the retail prices.

I’ve sold and visited several times and it appears that the service provided is superb and people continue to take their items on a daily.
Keep it up ladies … the signage is everywhere….. Front door especially
Not your issue if people are not reading the necessary to adapt to newer guidelines in store.
Even posted clearly on your website as to which type of container to bag your items.
Most organized Plato’s in our area as well as East Coast!!!!

Don’t understand the negative reviews! Very clean, friendly store and gave me a lot more than I expected for my used clothing. Wide variety of great gym clothes and jeans too!

This is a great store to get the most out of your money. The store offers new and gently used clothes, shoes, hats, socks back packs, jewelry, sunglasses and even purses. Everything from expensive name brands like Coach and Michael Kors to Walmart brands. I can find something for everyone in my life in this store because of the wide variety of items for men and women. Going into the store you would not realize that you are in a consignment store. It does not look like Goodwill! Every item is carefully displayed. The staff is super friendly as they greet you as soon as you enter the store "Welcome to Platos!" You do not get this at any other store. Even with their super reasonable prices, they offer a rewards club where you get coupons. So you are getting items that have been discounted for sale then you get to use a coupon to make it even cheaper! The overall shopping experience is always a pleasure.

I love the store they have a new stuff every day! It is like a treasure hunt! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend a visit!

I love Plato’s!! Plato’s is the best!! Shop here if you consider yourself a fashionable person who doesn’t want to pay ridiculously high prices for cute designer brand clothes. You can walk in with $20 or $30 and leave with 5 new cute pieces! I will shop at Plato’s till I die.

The prices are great for all the brand name items there. I purchased an olive green dress for $5 that was from Forever 21. Loved it! They have a selection of cute clothes of all styles. I will be back!

Always a good selection of interesting things. Have purchased a few things from this place and ive never been dissapointed. Also went to sell a few things and the process was smooth and very fast, as they check your items while you browse.
They have a good staff and a great way of making things work as each person does a specific task. We always check out this place about once a week with my wife to see what we can snag. Pricing ranges from 8 to 20 usually.

I had a great shopping experience going there for the first time. The store had plenty of brand new items and great name brands at a very good price. The merchandise was well organized and their customer service was great as well. I definitely will go back!
