This Office Depot is well stocked and clean. Service is everything & customer experience! Location is perfect near hundreds of specialty stores near Merchants walk.
Walter Meyers, the General Manager, is an amazing person! He comes from family generations of owned businesses in serving people in Virginia... A rare find!
He's authentic, very bright, very likeable, with great insights! You should drop in, introduce yourself, and have a chat.
He'll gladly help you with all of your Office Depot needs. His service is impeccable - the best I've seen at all OD stores. ( Makes sense that he used to be a sales manager for luxury vehicles of a top car manufacturer).
I think he should run for Congress or Senate and clean up some of our policies of wasteful spending. He'd win!

The E Cobb store has a great staff and is well stocked and typically get everything I need as a small business owner. Some of the stores closer to me have closed in the last year due to loss of leases, but this store still serves me well.

In the East Cobb Store, Anton did such a great job and please commend him on his excellent customer service skills. He makes Office Depot look great. Thank you Anton. Bebe

The helpful staff at my Office Depot helped me produce a neat handbook for my German Drivers License exam at a very reasonable price. Thanks to them & my personal studying, I was able to pass this exam with a 90% rating. Bravo Office Depot!

My experience with Anton was amazing. He is really sharp and is able to do what other print workers can’t. I had several printing projects that he completed in less than 24 hours. Other locations told me 3 to 5 business days. I’m so grateful that you have a staff member like this!

It’s hit or miss with employee’s attitude but overall, the print department is always able to service what I need done. Also, Office Depot always has a good selection of the things I need to run my business.
Recently, I took my printer in to have it looked at and thankfully it was nothing but a bad ink cartridge. I had just purchased the cartridge so it was swapped out at no cost to me. Good customer service!

I'm grateful that I can still do some shopping locally. I'd wanted to go to Office Depot, but the one closest to me had closed. I found the next closest Office Depot and they had the items I needed. It was a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop Office Depot.

Shout out the absolutely fabulous technicians I spoke with today, Mike and Bobby! This was the third Office Depot I went to this morning looking for tech help, and I was greeted by Mike. He was very calm and collected, said he saw the problem I was experiencing before, not to worry, they would have a solution, and that their tech support was second to none. And wouldn’t you know everything he said was spot on? I was immediately put at ease all due to Mike’s knowledge and customer service. I received a call early this afternoon from Bobby, we discussed what was wrong with the laptop, I came back and watched as he installed the the required hardware. Great guy, very intelligent and conversational, and very helpful.

Bottom line here is that this type of work, servicing other people’s devices such as my laptop, it can be very high anxiety for an individual like me who doesn’t understand what is being done, let alone if the problems can be resolved. I am very pleased with the services received at this location, and will absolutely recommend Office Depot to anyone and everyone I know if and when they experience the challenges I faced today. I also want to add that everyone here, the employees, they all seemed to genuinely want to be helpful and genuine and welcoming. You’ve got a good group of people working here and they should be rewarded for their efforts!

I was having difficulty getting documents uploaded for printing and the store's Print Shop manager was extremely helpful and patient. My copies look great; and I will use the print shop for my needs from now on.

Well maintained store. Aisles were clearly marked. Prices and descriptions on items were clear.
Easy to find stuff and in the right spot.

I went to Office Depot looking for an Epson printer, got in the door and was met by Skip Cordell. Within 10 minutes he met all my needs. Thank You again for great service. I'll be back.

Wow, what a difference. This recently remodelled store is amazing.
It's bright and cheery, and everything is displayed well. The store is well stocked, and multiple employees offered help during my visit. I was very impressed with their staff at the computer repair desk.
It's worth stopping in to see this remodelled store.

I rely on the great service I get from this store, especially from Dominique who manages the Printing. She has fantastic communication and prompt service. Whatever I need is ready before I come to pick it up. The computer IT service help is also good, and all office supplies are readily available. TY Dominique!!

This Office Depot has very friendly and helpful employees. While I was deciding on an item an employee asked if I needed any help. I do not remember his name but he answered my questions and I made my decision. Then at checkout Ethan made small talk while I completed my purchase. Overall great and simple purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at this particular location. The clerk was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and personable. Even though they seemed a bit understaffed and some of the clerks were new trainees, the person who helped us made shopping there a pleasure.

We had 3 device issues that we needed help with and we're moving out of state this week. CJ handled our questions and helped us with our devices so thoroughly. And for an issues that Office Depot couldn't handle in house in that time frame he still was able to give us info on sending it to the manufacturer, time frame, and pricing. This dude knows his stuff and helps his people.

We went to Office Depot in pursuit of a color laser printer. In all likelihood, we would look but not purchase that night......but we had such a great in-store experience, that we walked out with a printer in-hand! Garrett, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. They DID price match so we were happy to give them the business. I find retail shopping to be such a hassle these days that it was a pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience. Thanks Garrett!

The staff at the East Cobb Office Depot were friendly, available and very helpful, not something you see that often lately. Good for them and their manager!!
