Everything good there. I always go to staples to print stuff. All the printers and computers are easy to use. I love all the varieties they have about office supplies.

When there are not many office supply stores around, it is nice to be in and out with what I need, especially when working on a last-minute project. Ordering online usually takes me a few days to receive any item.

Yuridia assisted me with a Time constraint Printing project, she was quick and super nice about assisting me! I walked into another staples location prior to coming to the Irvine location and I’m glad I did! Thank you for all your assistance today!

Jazz was the manager on duty and closing 01/02/23. I was extremely late arriving at 08.47pm. I only needed to print and without me even having to ask if it was possible to stay later to print off any documents that were just crucial for me to print off tonight and get them filed at 8:00 a.m. in the morning she went Far and Beyond her whole team did really everyone that was on on duty tonight did so I want to give this the store at five stars thank you

Came here for basic printing and noticed they had the passport printing services I needed. After UPS messed up photo printing up for me earlier this week, I was much happier with the service I got at Staples. Their camera is good quality and there is a nice, backlit screen for picture takers to stand against. I was served by Morris and he is killing it at this job — very polite and courteous. I also grabbed a few other odds and ends in the store while I was waiting. It was super convenient to have everything i need in one place.

Bought a laptop from staples.com after seeing the display model at this store 1.5 years ago. Their old warranty vendor was making it very difficult to get the laptop fixed. The store representative, manager, and general manager stepped in to address the issue with the vendor and ensure I was happy with the result, all within 24 hours. That's commitment to customer service.

Wow, awesome staff. Engaged and energetic. Very happy to have me in as a customer and readily available on the floor for questions and answers.

Nice store like most Staples. Couldn't find what I wanted but as I was leaving they had several office chairs near the door with really great pricing so I bought one for $69 including a 3 year extended warranty, already assembled. Did I mention that I hate putting chairs together? And, if I want, I can get a refund on the warranty within 60 days making it $59. Great deal. Several other chairs were there when I left.

I have printed other places, but none of them have compared to the great experiences I have had at Staples. Every time I have gone this store has great customer service, zero wait times, and fantastic quality printing. I do all my professional printing here now.

I am very happy with the great customer service this Staples has, as the moment you enter the store someone welcomes you, they always guide you if have questions where to find an item, the Printing service is great, very professional and on time. I enjoy the coupons and low prices they offer.

Support staff always polite. I count on the tech people to fix my laptop woes that are altogether too frequent.

Came here to get a desktop, although they didn’t have it , I’m not blaming the employees I’m blaming corporate staples for that since they are trying to get people to purchase things online . But why would we ? I only come to stores so I can touch and feel what I’m buying . If I want to buy something online I go to amazon . Suggestion for staples invest in your stores and employees
