This place can get very busy, but they always move very fast. Everybody has been very nice that I have had to interact with.

I want to thank the crew who helped me tonight with my prints and laminating. I know it was near closing but they happily helped me.

As usual these folks work, especially w) Holidays up on us! There location needs to be posted more directly an physical address . Other wise thankfully have this service

Always super long lines but the ladies who work here are nice and fast workers.

I've been a box holder at this UPS Store for well over 10 years. The incredibly hard working staff is always courteous and professional, and in particular the manager, Kris, bends over backwards to provide nothing but the best customer service. She is always friendly and attentive to the needs of every customer, and treats them with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I can't say the same for many of her CUSTOMERS. THEY would receive ZERO stars from me for their arrogant and downright abusive behaviors toward the folks who work there. I have been appalled at the rudeness and disrespect I have seen from these "patrons," especially recently. They have nit picked and demanded discounts and free services, even as Kris, Alex and the rest have done everything they can to keep them happy. Many times this occurs when they have just done their free Amazon returns, which the store makes NO money from. I stand in the line sometimes wondering how anyone could put up with all this nonsense and still greet the public with a helpful smile. Please put yourselves in their place before you, as a customer, take your petty grievances and frustrations out on good people who are cheerfully trying to offer great service and make a living in the process.

Of all the UPS locations in Lancaster, this one is the best.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Their is always more than 2 people working the counter and if there is a line it moves at a reasonable pace.
I have had problems at the ups hub on Ave L and now drive past it to come to this location.
Tip: Always ask for a recipt, so you have proof of your dropping off a parcel. Places like Amazon will most likely approve a credit even if it gets lost in transit.

Had to notarize and send some time sensitive documents on a short notice, was barely going to make the cut off of 4:45 for overnight and Alex was beyond helpful. He notarized, processed, and got us signed sealed and sent just in time. All while remaining calm and pleasant despite my nervous energy. The entire staff was accommodating and pleasant, but Alex is a hero. Thank you!

Had to return multiple christmas gifts here. Nice location, plenty of parking, and even though there was a line the service was quick & efficient. I recommend making sure to have your codes ready to scan so they can print out your labels quickly.

This location is a very knowledgeable and professional.Every associate I have interacted with has been polite and helpful. If you need ANYTHING notarized, definitely go see *Matthew* at this location. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with forms. I always have any packages delivered here for pickup. The best Ups store!!

My experience is regarding the notary service. I would like to thank the Notary for her excellent service, patience and courtesy with all the forms I had. Moreover, she could provide one more witness that I needed. We were a party of three, all living together, and we could stay together at the notary's counter. First i had tried AAA and we had to wait outside while one of us was inside. Besides having a rude and helpless notary at AAA that spent more time showing off my ignorance than providing meaningful advice. (and I had read the forms, and requirements before going to the notary. Not that I just landed there without any idea of what I about it). Thanks UPS! Thanks Ms. Yoo!

Had to have several oversized packages packaged and shipped today, Alex and staff was extremely courteous and helpful, definitely recommend using this UPS Store for all your packing and shipping needs~

Nice workers pleasant atmosphere prefer this place over post office any day. There’s no mean postal workers scowling at you or giving you attitude like they hate you and their job. This place is easy breezy love them

They printed a huge order for us with less than 24 hours notice, life savers after another company backed out! Alex was great and provided awesome customer service and clear communication throughout. I highly recommend this location.

Matthew did a fantastic job of helping me out today! I came to find a box to ship a painting and he went above and beyond for me today. He constructed a solid box and I’m confident it’ll reach its destination unharmed. Thanks Matthew!

Cristain was absolutely amazing! I’ve never shipped anything through UPS and he explained all my options, helped me with sizing, was patient, and just all around helpful. Much better than the post office.

Alex and the two ladies I spoke with saved the day. We missed our closing due to a missing email. Alex was able to find it and send it on. Thank you so very much. We will be able to get our home now.

They've handled every return from Amazon I've had problem free, along with all my shipping needs. They're reliably professional & timely.

I *VERY MUCH* appreciate the excellent Customer Service that I have received 100% of the times when I've had to go inside to get my Packages from the Employees that were manning the Front Desk (since I rent a Private Mailbox there, any packages I have sent to my Mailbox there are held by the Employees in another hidden, publicly-inaccessible room and only retrieved and brought back to the main Customer Area after I signed a release form for each specific package...They are *EXTREMELY* courteous, which is almost unheard of when you are also receiving a service that heavily implements great OPSEC in their Package-Handling Operations (meaning that they always check my I.D. before giving me my packages, even though they know me by now, WHICH I LOVE!!! That way I *KNOW* that no one else is taking my Packages home!)
