The UPS Store

Today, I had the best experience of my life. I’ve always had excellent service whenever I come to this location, but today the employees went above and beyond for me. I made a very silly mistake and accidentally packaged away my wallet before dropping it off, only to notice I was missing it an hour later. When I rushed back, the employees informed me that the UPS pick up guy already came but regardless, two of the ladies decided to go through the bags and bins in order to help me look. It was starting to look hopeless until one of them found my package at the bottom of one of the bins and I was able to retrieve my wallet after opening it back up. Sadly, I did not get either of their names, but I wanted to find someway to thank them. All I can leave is this review for now but I would love to hear back and see if there’s anyway I can write a simple thank you note as a personal thank you for going above and beyond. Every person I have told the story to did not believe that it was a UPS store that was willing to help me so much, but I proved them otherwise. Thanks again, UPS Missouri City.

Linda was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She took care of my notarization, overnight shipping, and copies all at once in an efficient manner.

I,ve actually visited this store on more than one occasion and each time I've been serviced quickly and friendly! Linda is an absolute angel she assisted me on notary service and she was very patient with me and has gone the extra mile to provide me excellent service!! Her staff were also a breath of fresh air even when it's really busy they are cool under pressure and keep the line moving with limited waiting!! :-)

Any time we need something notarized, we go to this UPS and ask for Linda. She’s always professional, patient, pleasant, and funny. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sienna!

I am overjoyed by the kindness shown by the employees today. I arrived right around 4:30 with a rush of customers. I had 2 orders of business - an Amazon return and rental of a personal mailbox. The first young lady was very pleasant and efficient. She completed my Anazon return and asked me to wait for Mrs. Linda to help me with the mailbox rental. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes only for Mrs. Linda to tell me that she didnt know how to do that and the employee that took care of those rentals wouldn't be back until morning. When I explained to Mrs. Linda that I worked during the day and it would be hard for me to return during those hours, what she did next was absolutely incredible and simply kind. She, without hesitation, said she would do her best to try to figure it out for me. She went step by step and let's just say I now have a mailbox rental all because of Mrs. Linda going above and beyond on a very busy afternoon. I want to publicly say THANK YOU to Mrs. Linda and the hardworking staff at this location.

I went into this location to mail out a package for my nephews in Ohio. I had no box, no packing, just a pile of toys and beach blankets for my special relatives. Linda was SO friendly and helpful! She found the perfect box, packaged it all up, and made me laugh while she worked… she was pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better experience… it’s easy to complain when something doesn’t go your way- but it’s much harder to give praise when credit is due. - I wanted to write this review because it’s important to let people know when they make your day better by going above and beyond. Thank you LINDA! I will be a loyal client to this location for many years to come thanks to your efforts and attitude. Mailing packages is often expensive and takes effort - thanks for making the experience a pleasant one.

Ms Linda and staff are amazing! They've always been very accommodating and prompt. Attentive service even while busy goes a long way and they always ensure I'm greeted of there is a line! Great store and they don't try to rip off customers who made need a shipping label printed like the Shadow Creek location...was going to charge me $5 plus tax to to print 1 page after the company I was returning items to emailed me a new label. Their $1.11 is fair and reasonable compared to $5 plus! Love this store and you will too!

Linda was amazing and sweet ! I had to leave and pick up my son and she offered to enter the rest of my addresses and get my boxes together while I picked him up. Her calm and sweet demeanor made the process so much easier. When I returned, she gave my son a coloring sticker and it made his day! Thanks again Linda for all your help!!!

I love the customer service at this location because Linda is very friendly and funny. I used to go Pearland but this is for sure my store now. When I walked in the line started to form but all the workers came to the front to assist and give speedy service! I love to see a team working together like that! Props to you guys

I love coming to this UPS store. Everyone at the store is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It is very easy to get everything done in one place. Linda is my favorite person here! She always answers my questions and gives me helpful advice, and she’s such a pleasure to speak with. She has a beautiful heart! I highly recommend the store to everyone.

Linda was very helpful! I accidentally printed the wrong pdf and she didn’t even charge me for the second one, and she offered a few slips for the shipping label! Overall she was so nice and kind!!

I use this location frequently. I’ve never had any issues and find them to be pretty efficient. I get some humor and really good attitude most of the time. Last night they even kept the store open a few minutes late to process my returns. Keep up the good work!

My husband had several packages Tuesday. It was pouring rain and was confused how to proceed once we entered with wet packages. Linda went above and beyond to make it such an easy process!!

Went into the UPS store today and had to take a minute to leave a review for Maddy. Maddy was very helpful and took the stress out of my hectic day. She assisted me with getting my packages mailed and also helped with printing the return labels. She had me in and out. Unlike other UPS locations, I’ve always had great customer service at this location. Will definitely be a return customer. If you ever need to send anything this location is definitely your go to location! A+ experience all around!
