CVS

The Asian gentleman (sorry, I don’t know his name) who works in the pharmacy is an extremely hard worker. I always get great service from him when picking up my prescriptions. He must be exhausted at the end of his shift. Give him a raise.

Last week I went to CVS to pick up a medication and the attendant at the pharmacy was so nice, I believe his name is Jesse, he helped me with the cost of my medicine and also he was so gentle with my daughter.
In a very long time I don't see people treating other people like that. He is very nice.

Five stars for being better than Walgreens down the street. The two interactions i've had picking up my mother in laws meds, both times the individuals that helped me were great. Both these establishments are playing the game of how few employees can we get away with and still meet the demand. Well, IMHO if you are asking that question, the answer will never be enough.

i needed my insulin filled but my local CVS was out of stock, so i called around and this cvs had it avalible so i came here to fill my prescription, Thanks Guys

I always had a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. The drive thru is faster than HEB and they answer calls very quickly. Both the pharmacist are very efficient and friendly despite how busy they are. If you ever have an issue talk to one of the pharmacist, they are super helpful and nice.

This store and pharmacy are filled with friendly and helpful employees. I never have issues getting my medications and things that I need. If they don't have it, they find a store that does.

This location is amazing because of the genuine and dedicated employees that work here! I ordered birthday invitations for my son and when I got to the store the manager Albert greeted me and apologized that the photo machine was broken and had only printed out a few of the invitations. He said he was calling the repairman to fix it that night and would call me first thing in the am on the status. That next morning I received a call from Joann that said they were only to print half of them as the machine was down again. When I got to the store, she had the invitations ready and between the few they printed the day before and that day I had just enough for my sons party to make it work! She wouldn’t allow me to pay as they didn’t complete the full order. Joann and Albert were so wonderful every step of the way and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you so much!!

The place has been flourishing since one of the cashier's: Kevin, has taken over. He is a very polite young gentleman, and he has saved the store. Without him there, I probably would have went to the Sawmill CVS, but I always come here because Kevin is the nicest gentlemen I have ever seen.

I went in today to take a drive-thru covid test at the pharmacy. The first thing the guy at the window said to me was, "are you here for drugs?" That had me cackling - totally made my day. The test itself was quick and fairly easy. They handled everything sanitarily and appropriately. The people were so kind and lighthearted. If I ever need drugs or a swab in my nose, I'm going to this CVS.

This is the BEST pharmacy I've ever been to! The customer service is great. They expedite my prescriptions when I need them and go the extra mile when informing me of availability, side effects, etc.

This CVS is great, never had any issues filling prescriptions and the pharmacy staff is very kind. I highly recommend this CVS.

I am so grateful for the staff at this CVS. The pharmacy staff has been so helpful every time I've had a question, and the store staff is extremely friendly.

This cvs is pretty busy because of the location but the staff does their best to get you in and out. I'm not a big fan of the phone system although that is corporate cvs' issue. I love Alice. She knows her stuff and always puts my copay cards through. Nasrin is a sweetheart too

Been using this pharmacy for 6 years also have issue with my stuff been 5 days still haven't been able to fill my item.....still waiting on one ... but cant control weather.... or there truck shipment

We switched from a 24 hour service Walgreen's to this CVS because of the friendly service and attention to detail that the staff provides. Great people providing great customer care!
