Always fast and courteous service. The staff treats you well and helps you find what you're looking for. They have everything you could possibly need to run your commercial kitchen. If they don't have something in stock, they'll order it in from a different location.

Quick an easy when needing party/ catering items. Staff is friendly and super helpful.

I can't keep track of how many thanks I say to "Joe Gonzales". He is the best of the best restaurant equipment project managers I have met in Houston. He worked closely with me on a daily basis from the start to finish line. We have encountered many challenges but he could always find a solution ultimately. He always took my perspective and thought about the most suitable equipment to fit my business need. His service is just beyond my expectation. I am just so glad and lucky to have Joe help me and work on the project together. If you are a business owner looks for food business build-out, Joe Gonzales is your guy!!!!

Every time I come to this place, they are super helpful and can always point me in the right direction. This review is long overdue as I’ve been coming to them for bartending and dessert supplies forever! It doesn’t matter which location you go to, they’re all really good. I’m leaving a review for the Katy location because I had to do a return and Lulu went over and beyond to help me with the transaction. She had such a wonderful energy and enthusiasm about her. So glad that businesses still have great employees that serve the customers well. I’m more than happy to leave this so the whole Google community can also appreciate such a place. During these trying times of the pandemic, despite the hit to the restaurant industries, they’ve still kept up their positive vibes and continue to help out where and when it’s needed. Very helpful. A customer had a blockage with fryers. I went to the store to see how to take the fryer a part to clean it. One of the employee gave me the technical support number.

Ace Mart is a kitchen supply store on steroids. You want it, they've got it. Plus really helpful, friendly staff. And the merchandise is best quality.... NOT what is found in other stores. Yet prices are not inflated. Great place!!!
