Never have any issues when I visit ANY of the Walgreens but after yesterday I wanted to make sure I left a review. I spent hours at ER and after leaving I was exhausted. I phone the pharmacy thinking I could just call in a perscription, but really if its not a refill it has to physically come to their location. I obliged. I spoke with a nice PT who helped me, put all my info in the system, informed me of the price beforehand which was fine, and even went a few steps further walking me through SMS notifications and APP notifications how to get all that activated etc. Really really lovely girl. I told her I would come back to pick up the perscription and went home. Laid down for about 30 minutes then got the notification that it was ready! As I went back to the pharmacy with my card ready, she states that another PT was able to get my price lowered AND BY HALF! When I made it home I saw the PT left a sweet message about this accompanied with a smiley face. Really just made my heart smile to see it after having such a taxing day at the hospital. Thank you to Walgreens, and thank you to the Pharmacy department for really going way above and beyond to provide such excellent service. Its people like this in healthcare that make ailments that much easier to deal with. Godbless.

I had a wonderful experience with the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I want to personally thank the pharmacist Richard, for being so kind and helpful. He is amazing at his job and he really cares about the customers. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of! I work in customer service and I know that it is very rare to find some one that is willing to go that extra mile! It really did reflect in the great experience that I had! I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy! Thanks again!

Worst employees ever. They are not friendly or helpful at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. Since Walgreens Vicksburg Clay street. Changing my meds then calling to see if I’m ok? Because that’s all they have? Gave me generic potassium tab but paying for main brand. Over the counter meds on prescription major medication do not work. $28 for that med but filling with over counter. Called me on blood pressure med to see if I’m ok, noticed tab round not long like the ones been taking for years. Started getting sick this month. Will find another pharmacy my life depending on finding more reliable. Then hanging phone up in my face, with that potassium was all she had.? Run away don’t walk from Walgreens Clay street. Who do this as a pharmacy?

I went to get tested for covid twice and still no test . The first time I went they claim the system was down and they did not know when it would be up . The girl in the pharmacy drive thru proceeds to tell me I have to come back she does not have my info . I’m like okay should I come back same time she claims she don’t know . Okay I come back few days later trying to do a test because I never got my first one . I waited over 20 mins get to the window she still don’t have my info . She tells me I have to go back around the line so she can get my paperwork together. Not saying the system isn’t acting up however don’t go to get a covid test .

It's ridiculous trying to get your prescription filled have you on the phone over and hour waiting drop your prescription off 4 hours earlier go to pick it up they tell you come back a hour and half. What kind of mess is this
