My experience was top tier. I was greeted upon entry of store. J.T. guided me through my whole experience while shopping for my 7 year old. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.

My nephew and I went to City Gear to find shoes for him. Pretty good selection. The people in the store were not breathing down our necks while we browsed and were helpful and friendly.

Great selection of shoes, good customer services.

I just love shopping there great people who work there always there to ask and give u help if u need it and good on the information if u need to or ask about up and coming release

In store service sucks and the online delivery is way off. I was supposed to go inside and pick up some shoes and had to wait almost a hour to check out and there was no line tge online shipping said 2 days well it's been over 2 weeks now.

Purchased multiple shoes totaling a little over 500.00. I wanted to return or exchange a shoe because it wasn't the correct size. The children behind the register was rude and didn't assist. Save your money and go someplace else

Been going there a year , the new bald head manager told me I couldn’t bring a shirt back to exchange it that had a stain on it , that came like that. Bought it last week , was wearing it tn but it had a stain, it’s been the same bag from when I bought it. Bruh said “it could’ve been in ya car” why I gotta lie abt a $16 shirt , lost a good customer today my guy , good job

Bought a shirt there and tried to return it 10 minutes later only to find out they don’t do returns. Their only warning is a tiny little sign on the desk with script that could probably fit on a tramp stamp. Thank you City Gear, now i have an overpriced t-shirt that i don’t even want anymore because every time i look at it reminds me of how you ruined my day.

Appears they only care about making the money. I tried to exchange my shoes on Tuesday that I purchased Saturday and since the bottom of my shoes appeared to have been worn outside I could not exchange them. 200 pair dollar shoes. The worst I will never ever.
