One of the best smoke shops I've been to. I'm a bit of a regular here and I never have trouble finding what I need. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I see multiple reviews where people are upset about the policy these guys have, but I'd rather have a smoke shop that stands by their word as opposed to bending the rules for a rude customer. Never had a bad experience here and I've been going for over a year now. :)

I go here often because we prefer the people that work there, vrs other smoke shops. Because they are kind to us. We witness them work with many different people. Nice costumers, rude costumers, costumers with language barriers, etc. and they are all treated with importance and equality.

- OMG,.. ..Every time I walk in there I get friendly hello's with friendly smiles and they usually call me by name. Its like walking into my home away from home.. (while on vacation, as I don't live in WI)

Anyway, everybody's so knowledgeable on several different levels, whether it be store related or just talking about regular human life things. Also that guy (sorry I forget his name) I think he's probably a manager, most likely, he's super chill and literally knows everything in the store. I think his name was Matt, he did say he had 2 dogs (if that helps) but seriously he helped me pick out some of your several different varieties of vape juice, and literally took several minutes out of his day trying to help me pick a few flavors that I'd actually appreciate, and to top that off, he was right!.. Someone, please give that kid a raise!!!

This would be my store if I was local. Whole lots of options on everything. Walked in and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular and the answer was No, Not Really.... 20 minutes later we left with 80 bones in merch. Even, returned later that evening for more wares. Knife & Goat Glass Pipes , best pieces I've ever seen..

This place is great, they got everything you need. Customer service is awesome. You’re greeted and asked if you need help right when you walk in. Selection and deals are unbeatable. If you rate 1 star then you need to reevaluate what you did wrong.
