I love this place! The workers there are so hard working and attentive. Highly recommend this Party City for any party supply needs

The employees are clearly under a lot of stress due to loss of employees during covid. People need to go easier on them as they are clearly trying their best. The employees that i spoke with were extremely helpful. Definitely coming here again

I love that they have a whole wall of costumes to pick from. Make it easier to choose. Maker sure you check out the clearance section first! The costume my daughter wanted had a better version in clearance. Also make sure you check the costume package has all contents. The mask was missing out of hers and they happened to find it out back.

I ordered 130 for a charity bike ride. I needed them for early Friday morning, for some reason when I ordered them I said I needed them for 9/13 at 5:00!! I meant 9/12!!!
So I go in to pick up my balloons and realize MY mistake. Now I’m panicked. The manager and help were just amazing. They all stepped up and in 30 minutes I had my 130 balloons. I cannot thank you enough for saving my “ass”. The bike ride is for NF, a tumor disorder that caused my daughters aggressive breast cancer at 29.
I designed this ride and put my heart and soul into it. So thank you for helping me direct the riders along the 4 routes.

This store is extremely helpful. I went in the other day to grab some decorations for my Dean College best buddies chapter semi formal and I got amazing help from Brian and Kim. They worked so well with me and I truly appreciated all the help and accommodations they made during my experience!!!!

I walked into party city and asked for balloons for my daughters birthday party and the nicest worker named Melissa assisted me. She was very patient with me, and showed me a variety of options to choose from!

Store was very clean and organized, staff members were friendly, had good customer service, need to improve more on the greetings and customer support.

Always love to go shopping here for any type of party need. So many selections. Plus absolutely love the center aisle filled with lots of candy!

Got my decorations for my party. Had to pick up an online order and I went to the front desk and there were three workers talking for a few minutes before anybody came up to me.

You can find all sorts of things reasonably priced and things to decorate your holiday tables and walls,not to mention stuff to keep the kids busy and cute!

They're party crazy, with staff always willing to help you look for whatever that special something is that you're looking for...
