Love this location! Everyone is very professional and always willing to help no matter what.

I received excellent customer service from this At&t store. In had such a dilemma and needed personal help right then. When I went in, they were socially distancing, so I patiently waited and looked around. It was worth the wait because the representative that assisted me answered all my questions, took a payment and helped me with some new products that I really needed. Those of you that know me know that I am so impressed with awesome customer service.
Thanks At&t, Pomona. Also thankyou David. You did an amazing job. I am so happy I went to your branch...I'll be back.

Amazing customer service. Great promotions and discounts given. I was impressed with David De La Cueva, not only was his patience impressive but his understanding was great! We not only added two new lines to our account but all of us got new phones. David was also very straight forward, there no was no scams or lies coming from him. I will recommend everyone who is interested in buying new phone to come here! And meet with David! His manager JoJo was the main person who was able to do all of this!

Alyce was so knowledgeable and helpful genuinely cared to get me the best plan, 10 outta 10 in store experience. Highly recommend this store over any other. Again Alyce's customer service was superb!! overall clean and organized store if I could rate 10 on here I would!

Came in to get a gift for a family member, and David was super helpful! He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get my bill lower while still getting a new phone. Great customer service, and was in and out in 30 min.

Went to pick up a phone order today and David helped me out! He was very friendly and informative through the process. He helped me with setting up my phone, and talked about some possible internet services/streaming services I could get for when I finally decide to move into my own apartment. Will be back again! I came into the store and saw Daniel, he was very helpful. He help me set up a new phone for my son. This is the second time I’ve been here, because of his customer service and experience. He has helped me get the best of my plan. If you’re looking to upgrade I recommend you come here. He provides awesome service.

Just want to share my experience with Diego. He originally helped me and my family at the Rialto/Fontana store and because of his impeccable service and customer centric approach, my family and I will be his long term/lifetime customers. I found out that he moved stores; but that didn't deter me from going to his new store even tho it was farther from where I live, still drove there solely because of the iconic service he has displayed in the past. He is a gem to his company!! Great work Diego!!

Omg! What the heck!
We received such great service from David. He took his time in detail how to operate our i phone. This being the second I phone my husband has lost ,ugh!
David also let us know about the great offer with AT&T TV how we would be able to get a better offer with our payment plan So we are super excited to get it set up. Thank you David we had fun hanging out with you and your co workers they where all very friendly. Will be back when I finally up grade my phone. Thanks again

David De La Cueva was amazing. He listened to our needs. Offered us additional products and was not pushy. We wish he could receive credit for our purchase. We had to complete our purchase online due to inventory. Highly recommend

I wasn't too happy about my transition into AT&T from Verizon but David has really patient with answering all my questions and doing process of elimination to help me out with resolving the problem with my phone. Definitely walking out of here happy with the service David gave!

Alice, the manager of this location, is the most amazing person on the planet! I went in because we needed a phone, which I got, but she found a deal that lowered my monthly payment and went from shared data to Unlimited data. If you're not using AT&T and going to Alice, you are missing out

They were amazing and made the process super easy. Lucia helped me set up my phone and showed me all of the new settings and features on it. She was awesome and I would definitely come back.

The staff at this location is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to go here for all of my ATT needs. 10 out of 10 service every time!
