This is my number 1 stop before work each morning. Connie, Conchita and the other ladies are always in a great mood, and the upbeat atmosphere kicks off my day in the best way.

It's a normal average mid size city / town 7-11 gas station quick stop. Pretty standard stuff inside and out. The only negative is that about 20% of the times I've stopped there to get gas, you could not get a printed receipt at the pump. (Company gas card). Other than that, it's a decent corner store / gas station.

it was great before one or more regular workers stopped working there, the burgers are never in stock anymore and breakfast always left out for long periods of time, salad's lettuce being yellow and brown, and some of the sandwiches have become more and more plain with less things on. Staff are nice tho and are always nice

Like they haven’t swept the restroom floor in a week! Absolutely disgusting!!The rest of the store wasn’t that much cleaner as the dining tables had crumbs and what appeared to be salt. Not a place you want to stop if you need to use the restroom sure!!

It's an alright place to stop for fuel, but don't go inside... Its just so dirty gross.

I frequent this location only because its conveniently close. (almost daily) The staff have been going downhill for quite some time. The staff hardly acknowledge you when you come in and they talk amongst each other (most the time about stuff that shouldn't be talked about in front of customers) or talk on their personal phone. Today when visiting (3624 S Nappanee St Elkhart IN, by the bypass) i was in there around 2:05PM. There were two men and two women. There was a very rude lady training a man. (short curly hair) and she was being condescending and disrespectful. Not just to the new hire but to the other man there. I think she was talking to him and she said "Do you want to count in, he took a sec to answer. She then said again (loudly) DO YOU WANT TO COUNT IN? It's a yes or no question. Not that hard" This isn't the first time staff have been extremely unprofessional but i was very taken aback how condescending and disrespectful she was being. Loudly and IN front of customers. I ALMOST said, Geez lady, lighten up. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I could tell the gentlemen felt very disrespected and embarrassed. I do like this particular guy. He's always been pretty decent when i've come in. The other lady that was there was also being snarky toward him. He threw something away and she told him he wasn't supposed to. He said oh no one told me and she said whatever, not my shift. The older lady with the curly hair also started talking about notes that were left for shifts and the nice guy said "oh she didn't leave a note for this shift". She turns to him with an attitude and says WELL she will be HERE to tell you instructions so WHY would she leave one. I dont expect to have a spectacular experience every time i am in there but something needs to be done with the staff. They dont have respect for each other nor do they care about customers.

THIEVES. CHARGED ME $126 BUCKS FOR $26 dollars in fuel and then when you contact them they say it was my bank who took the money. Elkhart county cops even responded and see the theft. But they act like nothing happened.
