Michael L. is an outstanding employee, spent time with me and my wife and made sure we got what we needed. As we left the gentleman at checkout acknowledged us and thanked us for coming by with eye contact and a smile. We don't see this kind of service much anymore so when we do it's worth acknowledging.

I print for my business Norse Remedies here very often, and Jasper is an outstanding worker. Spent 20+ minutes helping me make sure I got proper labels printed, and I guarantee after that customer service I’ll be returning.

Staples has much more to offer than a standard office supply store or warehouse store. There are several options in many departments that are not standard utilitarian type products. Also, since it has become an Amazon drop-off and TSA (at some point) application point, it is much more of an "all in one" store.

The staff at the Smyrna Staples are incredible! First, one of their managers, Derick I believe, went over and above to make sure I had what I needed. I had some challenging requests, but he worked hard to help me. Second, the print team also went over and above to make sure my project was completed when I needed it. I really can’t say enough about how awesome this team is at the Smyrna store. Excellent customer service!

The staff at the Smyrna Staples is FANTASTIC!! Johan, Mandy, Megan and Kindahl are all rock stars!! I own a small business so I go into Staples ALOT... Probably once or twice a week and everyone is always so kind and helpful with all of my printing needs. I have really enjoyed experience there, getting to know the staff and as well as getting great printing. They take care in making sure it's right which I appreciate thoroughly. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First time I went in with the most vague description of a type of paper I needed (but didn’t know the name of) and one of the guys walked back there with me and showed me all the options. Then I went to the printing service and the girl there was absolutely amazing! She was multitasking with several customers and helped me with what I was needing. She was such a perfectionist! The next time I went in to the print service, the girl with blue/green hair was the sweetest!!! She did soooo much for me and even complimented on what I was printing. She even gave me small business advice that Staples provides that I had no idea about! These print girls really do so much all at once. Seeing them run around even makes me tired but they do with with a smile on their face. Always coming to Smyrna Staples for my printing needs.

Talk about amazing customer service, Mandy in the copy center delivered just that! I was having an issue with the self service machine and she came over and decided to help me with the bigger printers in the back!

She was VERY sweet and helpful! I’m not sure if anyone will see this but I’ll be back to staples for all my printing needs due to Mandy!
