Walmart Supercenter

Went to Walmart to print vacation pictures. The lady in that department, Heidi, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I could tell she was very busy but she took a lot of time to help me get my pictures, over 500 prints, printing. Something was wrong with the machine and she kept working on it til it worked. I just can't say enough good things about her!!!

Good selection and prices on groceries I buy every week. Could use some more open cashier registers. The self check out is great. Very attentive staff! Store stays stocked and clean.

About a year or two ago I made it home from visiting my local Walmart only to realize that I left my purse in the buggy that I had. My heart fluttered. Like many I was extremely stressed. I prayed all the back to Walmart. Upon return, I entered the door in which I came out of and explained to the greeter my situation… She explained that she noticed a purse in one of the buggies and got it. I almost started crying, tears of joy. She would not let me give her anything for finding my purse…. I stopped by Walmart today and there she was. She still would not accept anything from me. A hug was enough. Iris you are special. Thank you sincerely for just being you. You are an amazing person and I’m grateful to have been able to cross paths with such an amazing individual. Keep up the great work!

Surprisingly calm and empty today. The staff we did encounter were helpful, but it was admittedly nice to not encounter crowds. We might have to redeclare our citizenship to this one instead of the one closest to our home.

Friendly staff.... Mavis at checkout... (One of two that were open on a Sunday morning) Was very pleasant and friendly... Does no one have any plastic kiddy pools anymore 😂

The store layout is easy to navigate, the employees are nice and eager to help, the product availability is good. The door greeters treat me like family.

What can I say about Walmart? The one in LaVergne is horrible about any help with something. The one in Smyrna is better. I needed a large bag of miracle grow put in my cart. Not an outrageous request. I ended up leaving the Walmart in LaVergne and drove to the Smyrna one....they did it with about a 5 minute wait for a person to come to gardening for me.

Went thru a checkout register that I didn't have to work or worry about getting stopped at the door by the greeter. The greeter smiled and said have a nice day 😊. No hassle, no line to get out, was a quick in and out.

I was surprised to see everything organized, with new distribution And the best!! peraonal in the registers no more long limeas in the selfservice very well!!

The best Walmart from availability of every thing to the customer service section.
All sections and departments at this location is great, even the managers are so nice.
Highly recommended then other Walmart’s.
