Shout out to employee Kier for exceptional and friendly help in locating several things we needed. He cut short our shopping time considerably. He was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Kier!!

Was looking for strippers and found a good selection. Needed a little more information and someone walked up to me with all the answers. Nice store and all the employees who waited on us were very friendly and was helpful. If I'm in this town again I will stop back this store if I needed anything. I give this store an A+ for clean and helpful.

Do you still have the little house on the prairie dvds I was at your store a couple days ago did not see any on the shelf

We placed an online order same day delivery the day before thanksgiving… online tracking shows the order has been completed and shipped in full but we never received it. The day before Thanksgiving we weren’t that surprised that we didn’t receive it with it being the holiday and all. However the day after Thanksgiving we still have not received it and we were informed that it was third-party shipped and they couldn’t find the one who was supposed to have delivered it. We was told that we would have to wait until Menards was reimbursed before we would ever get what we had ordered. We were told Saturday that they were going to re-ship it but we just informed them that we could come pick it up and be a lot easier than shipping it. We went over on Saturday and was told that it was out of their hands that they were still waiting for the third-party to reimburse them. We talk to Jerry and asked to speak to his general manager Matt. Was told it was corporate policy and it was out of their hands did they would have to wait until Monday to get some kind of an answer for us. By then our face was dwindling and we didn’t figure we was going to receive the product at all. Called Monday Matt was in a meeting but told that he would get a hold of us when he got out of the meeting. So I talk to him on the phone and he promised he would have it lol that he would have this resolved before the end of the day and he would call us back. In 45 minutes we received a phone call back from Matt saying it was taken care of and they were going to deliver the product to us that evening. By the time we got the voicemail Jerry himself delivered the product after hours. Matt and Jerry made the decision to deliver it themselves as they had still not heard back from the third-party shipper. So we would like to do a big shout out and a thank you to Matt and Jerry who we feel went above and beyond unfulfilled their promise regardless of company policy. In this day and age it’s good to see that people still actually stand behind their word thank you Matt and Jerry!! You are appreciated!

Great place to walk , great play ground for kids and ball diamonds. Very well kept.,mowed often with freebie goals , corn hole games, basketball ,and alot of trees. People like to keep it clean. Great place to picnic.

Easy to do a return here and I finally found my father the size pair of pants he wants I couldn't find them at about four other stores but Menards has a great variety of jeans as he's a contractor he needs to think that will hold up and I found them here very glad also the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I definitely recommend this place

Menards had a special on plastic crates for storage. The product was as expected, lightweight, but sturdy enough for our canning jars. The pleasant surprise was the next size up was actually $1 less than the special. Not quite as sturdy, but a good fit for tool storage. When I need a certain power d tool I pull the crate. All accessorials stay in the crate. Easy to keep everything together and avoid losing the small items like wrenches and sandpaper needed with the tool. Menards is our preferred home store for selection and price for all things house, garage, yard. Their competitor shines in appliances and riding mowers. However, Menards expanded their appliance area and provide great value, reliability, with their cordless Master Force tools. They don't typically charge a premium for smaller items compared to their competitor. In short, I love this store.

I shop there ALL the time
Very friendly people for the most part. The manager Scott just helped me solve a problem with a generator I just bought. Was completely my mistake, but he patiently helped me out and now it's running fine.

The associates were knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly staff, good prices and sales, large variety of products. They keep the customers moving through check out so I have never stood in line more than a few minutes. Free delivery when we were remodeling and had large purchases.

Usually always has everything we need. Great pricing and deals. Friendly staff. Lifetime warranty on a lot of their products.

Thank you to Dirk at the Goshen Menards for doing a physical inventory check for the wainscot we needed and getting it pulled and put on a cart for us.....and finding that 14th piece too!!

I always look forward to going to Menards when ever traveling around the country. I wished we had a Menards in Arizona. Menards is truly a one stop shopping. I never been disappointed shopping. The young clerk checking me out this morning was very pleasant and actually carried on a light conversation. Was impressed with all the employees I had contact with.
