AT&T Store

Over the top service from Andy and team! My father recently passed away, and Andy helped me close my father’s account with Verizon, get my 91 year old mother to my ATT account, and manage like a pro a phone call with an arrogant Support Tech at Verizon. Andy saved me so much frustration we bought him lunch. Well run store, thanks guys!

I had a complex issue with my Samsung watch syncing with my phone, and Alex at AT&T store was the one who helped me fix it. He was the same person who set up my watch before, and he remembered me almost a year later. He was very patient and professional, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure that my watch was working properly and that I was satisfied with his service. He is an asset to the AT&T team and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their devices. Thank you, Alex, for your excellent customer service!

Which was REALLY appreciated considering how difficult it can be when trying to get a new phone through a new company, especially when MOST store reps seem like they're out to just get you to spend as much cash as possible.....
But not at this location, nope, they we're able to quote me a price over the phone and that was the price that I paid walking out of the store. (Which was also nice, when other floors like you quote you a certain price and then when you get to the store it's a substantial amount more than what they quoted you)

Fantastic store to shop for Electronics and fabulous service and great for gifts

I have been to the AT&T store next to Ivar’s in Issaquah several times. Adrian has been my support person. He is extremely courteous, communicative and knowledgeable. He certainly gives me the time needed to resolve an issue. I would go to him anytime I have an issue with my IPhone or have an item I need to purchase. He’s a professional competent representative of AT&T.

I came into the store very upset because I just had a bad experience at the store that was repairing my s21 ultra and I needed a phone immediately. The associate that greeted me was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. He helped me find the best option for my situation and saved me over $100. My service is always reliable and at&t is always a pleasure to work with. I love at&t! I'm just waiting for a chance to be in a commercial for at&t so I can tell everyone! Seriously! Came in on New Year’s Day to replace my old iPhone with a newer one before the end of 3G. Adrian, the sales rep who assisted me, was very helpful and efficient. He even babysat my new phone while I went next door to grab some takeout while the phone was initializing. All employees were welcoming and pleasant.

From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and helped. The representative, Aidan Heuston, was efficient and knowledgeable. He helped me troubleshoot some issues I did not understand and walked me through every step. I appreciated that he took time to teach me—he didn’t just take the phone and hurriedly do it himself which I know is faster. Instead he walked me through each step as I did it myself and explained it! We senior citizens are not as intuitive about technology as the younger generations are. He was very thoughtful and helpful and patient.

Been coming to the Issaquah store for several years, always have a wonderful experience with the team at this location. More so than any other location, where the customer service reps have no idea what they’re doing. Gary helped me setup an additional line on my last visit and was extremely helpful, understanding, and courteous. Definitely coming back to this store in the future.

I would recommend this AT&T location in Issaquah. Be sure to ask for Tiffany when you stop by! Tiffany greeted us and assisted us right away. She listened to our concerns, especially since we had a budget. We wanted to buy new phones, and it was our first time switching over from a prepaid account to a wireless (postpaid) account. Tiffany was amicable and wasn't interested in selling us additional products and services than what we asked. She gave great recommendations based on our needs and helped us stay to our real budget. Tiffany was patient, answering all my questions, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, providing genuine customer service. My husband and I felt very confident and pleased with the service and phones we purchased. I've been with AT&T for 10 years and look forward to continuing with them. Our sales rep, Tiffany, was an absolute delight to work with. She walked us through the device upgrade process, offering helpful suggestions along the way. Her patience and knowledge were exceptional and made for a fast painless experience.

Came into the store to look into switching from T-Mobile. Honestly wasn’t very hopeful, sat down with Kevin. And almost instantly started having a better night. My guy not only got me the exact phone I wanted for super cheap. But he helped stream line the whole process. I would def suggest stopping in and checking things out. Everybody in this store is super cool, and seems like every other thing they mention is another way to save you money. My rating 12 out of 10

I initially came in before a shift at work and had a consultation with Alex and he was super patient in helping clarify things for me. Callen was super helpful and nice when I came in a few days later after a long shift at work. Paul helped resolve an issue for me as well and is very knowledgeable. I was assisted in a timely manner each time I came in and have nothing bad to say about this store or the people working in it. This is my choice AT&T store.
