On 11.30.23, I purchased a Kobalt work table #2368776.

Upon arrival at the store I went to the service desk to correct a previous purchase where I had been charged for 3 tubes of sand when I only took 2 tubes to the check out. PEDRO was amazing, he was pleasant and when I initially started the process I didn't know if my word would be accepted. Pedro treated me with respect and said "why wouldn't I believe you." In this day and age that was so refreshing! He then proceeded to contact an associate to assist me with my work table purchase. He also offered to assist me with checking out the work table because I wanted to pay for it and have it held once the associate had pulled the product.
Krissy came to assist with getting the work table. KRISSY was amazing. We went to the aisle and the unit on the lower shelf was in a box exceedingly damaged. The item was for a gift and going to the Adirondacks, didn't want a damaged box for concern there might be an issue with the unit in the box. She totally understood and then proceeded to connect with her associate, JOHN. John was amazing and very pleasant and accommodating. Krissy and John decided they would pull an undamaged carton from a top shelf before they went home and insure it was ready for pickup the next day. When I picked up the item on 12.02.23, it was ready and as promised.
PEDRO, KRISSY, AND JOHN as Lowe's face to the customer should be recognized for their teamwork, customer focus, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra. A very pleasant and seamless process from my perspective. Thanks!

Great Experience shopping for baseboards for home remodeling. When I asked for assistance with products, Jeff Galvin (sp?) was most helpful. I think his nametag said Milling Dept.? He gave me very useful lifelong information about the different materials that was so appreciated and helpful!! The installed baseboards in my home worked out perfectly.

5 stars because they carry actual John Deere paint colors and other parts. So helpful! I actually love Lowe’s. Similar pricing to Home Depot but always compare. Love how this place feels clean and white. Love the Lowe’s experience.

Mike in appliances is an actual rockstar!!! He was informative and patient and found insane deals on a washer and dryer that saved our family!!! I highly recommend visiting Webster Lowe’s and especially Mike if you need any appliance!!

Had items other big box store did not have. Purchased faux stone for front of house. Price reasonable.

Excellent service. Patrick was very patient with us and informed us on the different brands of appliances. We set up delivery for our new appliances on May first, so I will post how they work.

I love Lowes . I know where everything is. There's a man there generally works in electrical . He's awesome ! Helped me through most of my projects. Also a young woman used to work in kitchen planning. She helped set up the design of my kitchen and called around so we could get every cupboard we needed. We had to drive to every Lowes within 25 miles . Lol Easy to find everything. If not there's someone to help. One thing I don't care for is on the App . It doesn't give you the location of what you're looking for. Someone in the website department should fix that. I have a hard time walking around . That would really help someone who is handicapped.

We have been working on a large construction project over the past year and Jerry has provided exceptional support every step of the way, from sourcing and pricing products to scheduling their delivery. If you want a great team member for your project, ask for Jerry. And Lowes, if you’re reading this, give him a raise…he brought you a bunch of business.

This is our go-to hardware/home improvement/garden center spot, mainly because if you need anything to spruce up your home or garden, odds are Lowe's will have it...and at an affordable price.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff, as well.

I had a good experience today when an employee made sure I could have what I was looking for. Shelve was empty but item was in storage.

I ordered a new gas grill online and chose to have it assembled. When I went to the store to pick it up I realized it was much larger than I thought. Bill and Derek went above and beyond to help! They removed one of the side shelves and managed to get the grill securely into my car. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Staff was more than helpful and very pleasant.

My kids did the lowes building activity and had a blast. Really great to get them building things. Employees working were very helpful

Good prices and very nice employees! Bought some lumber for a job and had no issues. Some wood they get is a little warped but that is just whoever they go to for processing. Overall great experience though.

Love the smell! Such a huge store! They have everything associated with hardware and much more! They have things like tools, ladders, to houseplants and sheds. Great variety. Keep up the great work!!! I love shopping here!

It went smoothly. I brought my 14 month old giant breed Mastiff, St. Bernard, Golden Retriever mix dog. He got alot of pets and I got what I needed and was out in 15 minutes.

Robert in lawnmowers was amazingly educated and personable in his assistance with the electric lawnmowers. He actually owns the mower I purchased so that was the best review, even better than online. His manager Patrick also went above and beyond!
