Sitting outside T-Mobile, Dulles Retail Plz, VA. My wife lost her phone on flight back from Denver yesterday and needed to reconnect to her world. Luckily I had a great carrier (T Mobile), insurance on the phones, and (best) Brandon and Shady working at the store! Brandon and Shady helped me file my claim as I sat at the store, claim was accepted as I waited, phone is shipped to the hotel we are headed to, and Brandon has given me my SIM card to install when phone arrives tomorrow. Can't shout out louder the professionalism, courtesy and skill of Brandon and Shady (new hire - amazing, gold star). Always felt T Mobile is better than the other cellular companies and Brandon and Shady are proof that this is true. Absolutely unique service. Thank you. And, the cover was even on sale. Definitely a great karma day!!! Keep up the great work. A loyal customer.

All of the new staff are super helpful! Had multiple issues porting in with customer care. Came to this T-Mobile location and Brandon/Cam got everything fixed and ported over within 5 minutes. I had been on the phone with customer care for over 2 hours before giving up and going in store. Would recommend visiting the 22000 Dulles location to anyone looking to switch to T-Mobile.

Brandon, Yousef, Cam & Shady were awesome. I came in a very busy day and they were professional , knowledgable & very helpful.
The store was very busy but they made everyone feel attended to.

I never write reviews but after today I had to make it a point because the service I received from Leny D was exceptional! I always have issues getting my screen protector replaced under warranty because when I purchased them in 2020 the rep who processed the transaction didn’t do it correctly so it always causes issues. Leny took the time to not only find it noted in my account but also so it in a friendly and patient manner. I wish ALL T-Mobile employees were as friendly, professional and kind as her. Thank you Leny- so many could learn so much from your customer service skills!

Had issues with our account b/C of a family tragedy. Went to the Dulles Plaza T Mobile and was helped by Mr Brandon Sanders. Mr. Sanders was outstanding. He explained what I needed to do and help set things up with our account. Whatever they are paying him , i guarantee it should be more! Awesome customer service

Came into the store and Cameron greeted me with a smile and provided exceptional customer service. Professionalism at its finest. I recommend and will recommend you come see Cameron and the rest of the staff

Saturday before Christmas is probably the worst time to go into any store. Cam and Brandon were great and answered all of my questions. Their service was greatly appreciated.

I hope I get his name right but my family came in on Wednesday and we were switching our lines over from AT&T to T-Mobile and Jarrell was the associate helping us. He was super patient and kind and I wanted to thank him again for the wonderful service. Our situation was a little complicated and he made sure that we were comfortable and understood everything throughout the process. I am very thankful he helped us switch over to T-Mobile and, very easily!

Great store, very welcoming and helpful staff. Camaren helped me with my WiFi internet setup and I am very pleased with it.

I have been using the service for years and had my family switch from both AT&T and Verizon and they are happy they did.

This location has always been super nice and gotten my things completed super fast. They answer all the questions you have and never make you feel rushed!

Came in yesterday about an hour before closing time to get some information on switching carriers. Youssef was super helpful and we ended switching over right then and there. He stayed about 30min after closing time to make sure I had everything I needed, he even made sure I’d get reimbursed and covered the transfer fee! 10/10, thanks for all the help and glad to be spending a LOT less money and stress per month on T-Mobile

Today Cam really came through for me . He assisted me with a data transfer and helped me with updating my passwords

These people are VERY patient and knowledgeable, they’ll help you with literally anything in a short amount of time. Big props.
