I can agree with Andrew Peace. I have been coming to this GameStop forever and their employees have been all amazing… However the same guy Andrew mentioned is not only cursing but closing the shop down at 7.

Called & had the game my grandson wanted walk in & walk right put. I guess of your gamer like my grandson than this is a good place for your gaming needs.

The lady that help me was pretty friendly & knowledgeable.

I purchased 3 Xbox controllers from here and kept having issues with them and one of the employees Connor really helped me out with troubleshooting the problem and fixing my controllers. Connor is the reason I'm giving 5 stars because of his great customer service and tech knowledge!

The manager here was super friendly and helpful, she has restored a little of my faith in gamestop. 👍👍

Stopped in here recently to pick up some Power Ranger Legacy toys and the manager and another gentleman that was there helping from another store assisted me. They both were so knowledgeable and were both gentlemen. They really seemed to care about making the customer happy and getting me the best bang for my buck. Other than that, the store was very clean and organized.

I went here Sunday afternoon to try and exchange a game I purchased for another item. Even though it was already opened, the employee there was able to do an exchange for 100% of the cost that I paid when I got it the previous week. He was very helpful and very kind through the whole process. I've also been here multiple times and the staff are always helpful when I come in.

Who doesn't love gaming? The only thing that makes our awesome gaming community better is having people that care selling you the products to enjoy. Today I called to make sure a product was in store and Phil answered and told me it wasn't in the system, but then said sometimes it isn't 100% accurate and asked me to see if he could put his eyes on it. He walked to it and told me there was one in the store. I told him, great and that I'd be there in 10 minutes. I found the product when I got there and Phil was also the associate to check me out. I had a store credit that was being finicky but he refused to give up on making it work without showing any frustration and having a great attitude the whole time. This small experience to some made a huge deal on my day and I will be glad to visit this store in the future. Thanks, Phil. You're the kind of person we need handling retail, especially with the stress of the holidays!

Go here frequently just to check out merches mostly. Was always helped and asked if I needed any help. When they merches I was looking for was out at this store, staff offered to look them up for me to see which other stores have them. Good experience.

I've been coming to this same gamestop for the better side of 10 years, seen it through 3 general managers and yet it's like a family. They will go above and beyond to help you and unlike most game stop locations where you feel it is a get in get out attitude, this staff will chat with you and those little interactions make it worth getting physcial games

Great store, but every time I visit, it really smells like B.O. . I don't know if it's the place next door, or what, but it seems to be a constant.
