Went in for help with my new S23.
I sat for a bit because the 3 employees that were there were with other customers.
Another employee came in and helped me with a friendly demeanor, smile on his face. He took all of what seemed like a second to get my phone activated. He also helped with some non essential apps and willingly offered his if I needed help with any phone issues again.
I appreciate the help and the professionalism 😊

After months of dealing with T-Mobile customer service and getting the run around. I was able to find this place and Cardston was awesome, he was God sent. Thank you Cardston and Albert for the great service.

Walked in and was immediately assisted! Even as it started to get busy the staff addressed customers. I worked with Sabrina Nunez who was beyond amazing! I came in to upgrade my phone. She was super knowledgeable and was able to give us the best bang for our buck! We were able to upgrade our plan for the same price we are currently paying, get $20 off on our internet, and get the IPhone 14 for just $170. Sabrina was so friendly and just so nice to talk to! I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want! This is the reason we stay at T-Mobile! No matter where we go their customer service is just fantastic! Thank you T-Mobile and thank you Sabrina for making this upgrade flawless

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a cell carrier. We ended up having to go back 3 consecutive days (100% on fault, we kept changing our minds) and everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Definitely go to this store if you’re looking for nice, helpful folks.

Stopped by last night both of my daughters needed an upgrade on their phones. We had a great experience. Nate was super kind,friendly and informative. He listened and helped my daughter's make the right decision for their $$. He stayed late to make sure all data transferred over to their new phones. Everyone at this location was friendly. I will definitely come back to purchase my new phone !! You should too. If you want to be treated with respect and a smile.

They never seem to be able to truly answer my questions when it comes to my service other than that they have been good

I ordered a phone online and was switching from Boost mobile. I came in and Christian assisted me and made the switch fast and easy. 15 minutes later my new phone was one with my correct number. I highly recommend this location, especially if you are switching from a different carrier, these guys know what they are doing.

This T-Mobile store was very clean everything was nice and organized very neat customer support customer agents there were very attentive as soon as I walked in I asked if I needed help or what they can do for me today I was very pleased with their service they were also patient with me when trying to explain my situation on my SIM card and my locked network phone

Came in looking for a phone came out with exactly what I was looking for,they take the time to explain the specials they are offering and narrow down the options that fit your budget,they also mentioned they have the fastest 5g for mobile services 👌🏼would definitely recommend them for your mobile services for the future

I have had Sprint for about 12 years and in those 12 years I have gone into several Sprint stores. Out of all the store I have visited, this one is the one that has the best customer service. Dustin Logan and the rest of the team went above and beyond to provide us with great customer service and to keep us a happy customer. I will definitely continue my service with them.
