So, we switched over to Verizon, and mine was the only line that did not activate. Right smack dab in the middle of my workday, with a meeting coming up, I dashed into the Tucson Marketplace Verizon store to sort things out. Anthony immediately greeted me, and I quickly explained what was going on. In a mere 10 minutes, Anthony had my phone line up and running without a hitch. Now, here I am, writing this well deserved 5-star review on my newly activated line, having made it back to work - with time to spare - for my meeting. Ok, I’m not the most tech savvy person. That said, i get when things aren’t working correctly. So onto my issue. I tried to activate my newest iPhone and someway, somehow I now had downloaded two separate eSIM cards. Meaning, my newest phone wasn’t working. I popped into the Verizon store at Tucson marketplace and in less than 5 minutes I was up and running. Back to the tech thing, Anthony explained what had happened and fixed my phone. He didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing what my phone needed. Patient, helpful and gracious. Much appreciated.
