Even though I didn’t use them to ship the over sized item I had (had to go the freight route) this crew went above and beyond to try and help me. Thanks guys for the wonderful service. It’s businesses like this that make America great! We need more managers and hard working employees like these folks in the world. I will drive out of my way to use them again!

The gentleman that assisted me with my Amazon returns was unbelievably so helpful and kind. All 3 employees engaged with me on my visit and I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and kindness and fun all at the same time. The one young gentleman even complimented the other young gentleman when I told him how fast and efficient he was in processing all of my returns. I was feeling bad about the amount of returns I had for them to process and his exact words were “Its not a problem at all, we got you”. Most people react in a way that seems as though they hate their job. The staff at store #4407 on Tues Jan 23, 2024 was Superb!

Great customer service. I went there to send a fax and the gentleman; John was very courteous and helpful. While I was waiting for the fax to go through I was asked by several of the employees if I had been helped. You don't find good customer service like that very often.

This store saved the day for me the other day. Printed two large-size posters for an event after a different company messed things up, and they had it ready for me within an hour after just working with me over the phone. Jaclyn & Travis were awesome and super detail-oriented while working on this order for me. Thank you!

Andrew went above what was expected to get my return label printed. He was patient and very polite. The UPS store is lucky to have someone of his caliber working for them.

Best shipping and printing store. Great customer service all the time. They also offer direct shipping rates from UPS, and I love how they are open and have great hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Brought in a thumb drive to print 6 color photos. The manager made me get out of line and wait while she took care of other customers. She then came back to me and took my thumb drive and came back again and said something was wrong with my thumb drive. In short she dismissed me after driving 40 miles R/T. We got into a tizzy and she told me to leave and I said no. She offered no alternatives. I told her to call the police and she said she would call the district manager. I tried emailing the photos from my phone and it didn’t work. Third time through line I met Nathan who took my thumb Drive again and he made it work first time, nothing wrong with it. The manager was wrong and did not understand data transfers. Rude too and got rude back. Nathan was great, Thank You!! Met Dave the owner, Superb Human Being!!! Nathan Dave have won my business forever. The rude manager will never be successful!!

Love coming here to ship. They’re so efficient and the previous addresses are saved since I regularly ship thank you gifts. It is a huge time saver and in a convenient location for sure.

I have stopped at this UPS location a number of times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait long. When I do have to wait I have been greeted and assured someone will be with me soon. They remodelled a while ago and their new front door is an automatic sliding door. The panels are very narrow and give the appearance of a locked door. They open at 8am. I often arrive soon after that and the door always looks like it is one of those cage deals when a place is closed and locked down. When the parking lot also looks empty I have to do a drive by and recheck their hours. I think they have a lit open sign but it was not on today.

The worker I had was so nice and made me comfortable even though I didn't know what I was doing! (I was returning something for my daughter. )

John was so helpful and kind. I have a wrist injury, and he lifted all of my packages for me.
Without asking. Such a nice man.

Andrew was great. He made my return experience quick, efficient easy. He was also very personable which made it an enjoyable experience.

Always super helpful and pleasant. Prime example today Madelene helped me and was wonderful and I asked about a coworker who helped me previously and she identified Nate who helped me return some rit dye and there were problems with 1 bottle -I later found I got the credit and didn't need to return the bottle so that was the issue. She encouraged me to leave a review for him. What a great coworker. You have hired well. They are great representatives of your company!

I have always had nothing but a great experience at this UPS store. Everyone who works their is so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Travis, Stevie, and Jace. They have been willing to go above and beyond for me and I’m sure other customers as well.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fuquay Varina UPS! They allowed us to return a shelf that was put together and unboxed. Stevie was especially helpful and patient! He was so kind and made additional returns so simple. He handled any problem with respect, efficiency, and a smile!
