the cashier caty helped me so well with checking out as she was asking how my day was and offered me their store credit card. the checkout process was really fast and easy and i think this was a really smooth experience, i would definitely shop there again!

Great store... selection was impressive and it's one of the very cleanest and best layout I've seen. They crammed a lot I to the space so you get the feel of one of the giant super stores. Found everything I needed and the staff was great.

I needed a new pair of shoes for walking. Zach waited on me and was very knowledgeable about the different brands that had been recommended to me by my doctor, and pulled 3 different ones for me to try, which helped me in deciding which brand I wanted. Zach was very helpful, respectful, and friendly!

I was visiting Harrisonburg from Atlanta and needed new running sneakers due to a toe injury. It took less than a minute of me looking at the selection before Ashley came over to ask if I needed assistance - which I did, since my PT said to choose Brooks or Asics. Ashley walked me through the different types of both brands and brought out several for me to try on. As a runner, she had first-hand experience with the shoes and was very educational on the merits of both. She made the selection process much easier and her courteous and patient demeanor was awesome!

Helpful staff, good selection. We bought 2 kayaks, they pulled new ones from the back and loaded them in our truck for us.

The staff is always so helpful and they do truly seem to value their customers. I love their rewards system and I rarely check-out without a coupon!

Yesterday, Monday August 10,2015 i had one of my best shopping experiences ever.I was shoe shopping for a very picky 7 year old and thanks to Jeanna (spelled wrong im sure) we got what we needed.She was quite busy but i felt like i was the only customer there.You can tell when someone enjoys their job and likes working with the public, that was not only evident by her smile but i didnt feel like i was bothering her.So keep up the great work Jeanna I thank you and i will be a returning customer.

Helped me out with the bicycle I was sold that was defective. It was a problem from the manufacturer, but the staff stepped up rather than waiting for the people that made the bike to fix the problem, which would have stranded my daughter without a bike for 2 weeks starting college. Class act.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Very clean and they had plenty of registers open for a faster check out.

Very busy location but thank you to Josh for helping me out with ordering a treadmill on Sun Feb 23rd. Great customer service.
