AT&T Store

I was dreading trading in my old phone for a new one for the longest time but when I went in there and spoke to Jessica, I was so relieved..she made me feel at ease. The process was so much easier than I thought she went above and beyond. Way above my expectations. She was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone needing a new phone to go to Jessica at AT&T.

I just wanted to give a shout out to associate Lisa S. She assisted me last year with getting phones for both of my children and her service was so exceptional, that I returned recently to purchase an additional phone from her. She is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Definitely an asset to your team!

Both employees helped me change my kids phones over to my account. Excellent service by Joe and his co-worker.

We went to get our data switched to our new phones. Andrew was so helpful! it took about 45 minutes to complete this on 2 phones and he was so pleasant (not the same service at the Niagara falls location) If we need something, we will be going to the Sheridan Dr Tonawanda location

The store manager, Josh, is the most helpful and knowledgeable AT&T employee I've come across. We had a very uncommon issue I tried to solve over the phone several times. Every time the customer service reps would try the routine troubleshooting steps, give up, and pass me onto someone else who would do the same thing.

I came to the store with little hope, but when I met Josh I knew right away things would be different. He tried some troubleshooting steps that the reps on the phone had never thought of, made the necessary calls and asked the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue, all while being extremely patient over the 3+ hour process.

Highly recommend this store for the best possible customer service and cannot thank Josh enough!

I made an appointment for 5:30 and they were ready for me at 5:29. They helped me right away in a timely fashion and gave me everything I wanted and needed no questions asked, and didn’t try to upsell me or make me uncomfortable about making bigger purchases. So happy I switched to AT&T!

We've always gone to Amanda Thomas for our cellular plans and phones. She's always made sure we were taken care of and is genuinely happy to always answer any questions we have.

I just came from the AT&T store on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, NY.
I have had a problem with my visual voicemail for about a year. I was not looking forward to dealing with the AT&T store, but I had no choice in the matter. I need to know when I have a voice message.
I entered the AT&T store and was immediately greeted by a friendly young woman, Kelley. Kelley had the attitude we can do this, which in turn made me feel instantly better about coming to the store! While the issue was being worked on, a team member came over to see if all was going well. I thought, wow! It turns out the team member was the Area Retail Sales Manager, Cameron Lewis. On the table in front of me was information about the AT&T TV service’s. I had questions, and while Kelley was on the phone with tech support another team member, Kristen, must have observed my body language and immediately engaged in conversation and answered my questions about AT&T TV service. I learned that she was the store manager. This was a totally positive experience and so reassuring to have warm friendly competent people to turn to in a frustrating situation. I thank them for their friendly assistance and perseverance to solve my cell phone issue.

Hello, I just wanted to compliment you for the superb service I got from Lisa at your 1741 Sheridan Drive Store in Buffalo, New York. Ms. Lisa took her time with us, was very knowledgeable about products, and was very kind. It's my son's first year in college and we wound up purchasing an IPad and pen for my son to use for his studies. I had no clue about all the gigabytes and bits 😅 but Lisa helped me out tremendously. And my son is very happy. Kudos to you and special thanks to Lisa. ❤

Joe Obnatte was wonderful. Very personable yet professional. He had me all set up in no time. He addressed ALL of my questions. I’d recommend anyone to him. He’s a great asset to AT&T! We had to go to two different stores because they didn’t have the colors of phone we wanted at the first and everyone was super helpful and nice! Even though they were having technical difficulties (not their fault) the guys were nice and chatting with us about cooking and animals, and even let us use the employee bathroom because we had spent a long time figuring out the issue. I’ve never had a problem with an AT&T store and this one was no exception.

I took a phone I received in the mail for a damaged phone that was a replacement to the store because I needed help setting it up. Kelly from the store was a big help doing it. She transferred my information from one phone to another etc doing a the things needed for setting it up. Her customer service was excellent. Thanks again.

I had no wait, the sales rep tried to see if my phone could be saved before selling me a new one. She took the time to help me compare the specs on the different models in my price range. I was very happy with the level of service.

Both Paul and Janelle from this location are truly amazing assets to AT&T business! The hassle of getting a new phone plan and new device is completely stressful to me but together they made it as painless as possible! Made me feel like a priority and didn't make me feel like they were trying to out sell me on something I didn't want which is common in the sales industry. Thank you again Paul & Janelle!

We came to the AT&T on Sheridan Drive in Buffalo, NY to transfer data from one phone to another. We were met by Joe who was courteous and extremely helpful. The process took much longer than expected, but Joe was patient and walked us though the whole process. Would definitely recommend this store and Joe to anyone looking for a new phone or accessories.

I called less than an hour before close, and the girl that answered the phone said no problem, we'll see you tonight! I walk in, get checked in right away, and was helped by Joseph.
