TUMI Store - Tysons Galleria

I've had the same TUMI leather computer bag for nearly 20 years and brought it into this store to claim the lifetime guarantee. The wonderful lady here took it in with the same loving respect with which another person sold it to me so long ago.

Keisha has to be the best sales associate we have interacted with. My boyfriend and I came into the store as fans of the brand but we had never previously purchased and had no real idea of what we wanted. She took the time to walk us through a variety of bags that met our needs. Her humor, kindness, and upmost knowledge of all of the products was amazing. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for in our price point, and left as huge fans of this store and brand. She is truly the best ever! -Marissa and Austin

Just visited the store. I asked a lady who works in the store for monogramming on my Tumi crossbody bag, and she took it kindly and put 3-letter initials with a preferable color. Definitely, I thanked the lady. The store is nicely displayed well and neat. I personally like, "Tumi" brand, and I will revisit this store and purchase in the near future.

Forgot her name but African American salesperson was fantastic. Absolutely phenomenal. I love Tumi and have several pieces. Going forward I will ONLY buy from her.

Keisha was working with multiple customers in the store and went above and beyond to print out monogram labels for my Tumi gear. I was only in the store for 10min but she deserves recognition for customer satisfaction she delivered.

Very high quality products, the items are pricey, but they are well worth it.
