Walgreens

This walgreens has plenty of parking that is well lit and usually very clean. The inside of the store is very clean well stocked. The employees here are usually very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, however some of the employees are rude, curt and just plain old lazy. Some of them treat people as if they are in the way and taking up to much space and breathing their air. It's too bad a few bad employees ruin it for everyone. Because of the few rude and obnoxious employees I cannot reccomend this walgreens location. I suggest that unless you need a prescription filled that you go across the street to Safeway.

Walgreens Pharmacy off Valencia and Cardinal at 2929 W Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85746:
Spoke with Crystal who was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m a Senior Citizen from Surprise, AZ moving to Tucson, AZ and she handled my call very professionally and was able to transfer my medication subscriptions to their Walgreens and even informed me that it was available for delivery to me. Great customer service. Pharmacy is pretty fast. Clean and organized store.

I thank you pharmacy for doing what you can while people who feel they are the only people who need medication scream at you I thank you that even though laws change every week or insurance company change how or who they cover every month you still call them to get medication to us I'm sorry one person thinks the other 3000 people can wait until you serve them I'm sorry no one reads the ex bottle with refill dates and expiration dates I'm sorry no one bothers to call in with time for you to request medication from a doctor who says he sent it while the request is still in his nurses to do pile I'm sorry none of you get a lunch break if another pharmacy closes due to issues. What can I say common sense ain't so common any more.

My review is based on a phone call I placed at 10:33am to the photo dept which lasted 3minutes and 38seconds (this includes approx 10 seconds that it took to be transferred to their line).
I needed to ask if my son could pick up a Fed-Ex package addressed to me. I got Lexi on the line and she was not only helpful but pleasant (even though I had to ask her to repeat her name due to my phone vibrating). She told me his ID would have to match the name or address on the package. I asked her if the 11:00 drop off by Fed-Ex was usually on time and she said sometimes it's earlier, sometimes later depending on if is express. I knew my package was shipped express and I shared that with Lexi. She said that delivery had arrived earlier. I gave her my name and she said yes it was my package that had been delivered.
The entire call it seemed as if Lexi was smiling and truly happy to be helping a customer. This experience is why I rate this Walgreens location 5 stars.

I went today and many other visits I love the Walgreens on Cardinal and Valencia the employee's, pharmacy, pharmacist and staff always offer advice and take the time to help me find the products I need Thank you for caring for my needs everybody at Walgreens.

The people here are friendly, Knowledgeable, ready to help this is my Walgreens because of the people who work there. I'm all about costumer service.
