Drop T-Mobile immediately and go to the Oyster Bay Verizon store!! I switched service due to the incompetency and bad service from T-Mobile. The gentlemen at this Verizon store are knowledgeable, educated and professional. They spent a lot of time with me getting out of my old service and onto Verizon. They hooked me up big time with a great service and a great phone. Go to this store and you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

This is the greatest place to get a new phone or switch to Verizon. Alex and Johnny are the nicest and most knowledgeable guys in the phone biz. They always find a way to make the customer happy. Fantastic service, very helpful and knowledgeable, in particular Alex who assisted me in getting a new iPhone, he went above and beyond as he also called the main company to see if I could get an extra loyalty discount.

I had been looking to upgrade to the new Samsung 23 ultra and stopped in to this Verizon store to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately, they didn't, but that didn't stop Johnny from going above and beyond finding one in stock at another store, and getting it for me same day! My phone was giving to lot off issues freezing half screen was not working battery was not working was very upsetting went to couple of Verizon store every store was all out money but came to this location in oyster bay which one of my friends Kathy recommended highly I stopped by team were very welcoming friendly suggested me what to do and save money end up getting new phone 100$ trade in my lot of issue phone got $700 credit back towards the new phone and bill went up few $$ I am really happy with team oyster bay will refer to all my friends and family for the Verizon needs Alex the sales rep was awesome
