The Home Depot

I like this particular store because it's a great location.. It's generally well maintained and organized. I usually do not have a hard time finding someone to help me when I can't locate something. For my visit today I purchased rocks for my backyard, and I also had to buy some bolts for a patio door. Both of which were available and they had a selection that was diverse. I have also used their delivery service, which I liked too.

I purchased two tool boxes about 30 days ago. I had a few issues (not the stores fault) and had a scheduled pick up. The pick up didn’t work the day it was suppose to happen due to the delivery service. I called in and spoke to Angel in the deliver service department and he went way above and beyond. He has exceptional customer service skills. When you talk to people like Angel it makes you want to give them your business. You fell comfortable knowing you will be taken care of if something happens. THANK YOU ANGEL for exceptional service.

Upon entering the store, Lynn (17 years of employment )approached me to question if I required any assistance. She escorted me to the pet screening aisle and then to meet with Don for further clarification. This is the first time I’ve ever had such assistance at either Lowes or Home Depot. Great experience. Great store.

Came in and found everything I needed. It was pretty well organized and maintained.

Just wanted to also say Indira in the department with the window blinds and covers was extremely helpful. She gave us answers to questions we didn't even think to ask. She made sure our blinds were cut to spec and gave us tips and advice on the project my wife and I were doing. This staff member deserves some recognition.

I am always excited about my trips to Home Depot. I had a return as well as purchasing items. My return was a success with no hassels very friendly and curtious staff. Thank you :)

Clean and organized. Great staff, as usual. I asked one passing staff member where to find free-standing kitchen cabinets and he took me to the correct aisle, spent time with me and even measured some cabinets for me. I don't even think he was from that department. Try have a big selection of moving boxes

The group of employees doing the kids workshop on 4-6-24 were amazing!!! They were extremely helpful and so kind!! Thank you so much for providing a very fun time for my kids.

Christmas displays already! They look great. I love home depot. They have halloween displays out, Thanksgiving pumpkins and scarecrows, and fabulous Christmas decorations, trees and lights! Oh...they also have the usual home repair stuff. LOL. The staff in this stores paint department are fantastic.

Kevin from garden section is very helpful, took his time to help me with my problem and did not show no signs of being bothered by it at all. Respectful. Thanku very much for your help.

Home Depot is a good place to find things but because of Biden's policies their prices are high there as well , maybe we'll get some relief next year 😉

I made 2 separate trips to this store today. The lines are hectic and it's very busy, especially because of the holidays. The cashier's that assisted me today with returns, etc during my visits were Ashley, Olivia, and Dana. These ladies were wonderful with their customer service and were such a great help to me today. Thank you.

DAVID with in-store pickup was FABULOUS. He was very patient and helpful as I had to make three trips to get this beautiful couch home in my small vehicle. He was helpful in advising me not to strap the couch down to the roof of my car for possibility of damaging it. Please give this beautiful human a raise! Thank you David for being awesome.
And I love this couch.

I'd like to give 5 stars to Junie at work at home. Depot, she helped me get a lawn mower and a credit card and got me out the door.

This Home Depot is the best! I came late after they were already closed to pick up a order I made for the curbside pick up. A manager saw me waiting outside and they still came out 30 minutes after they closed to bring it out for me! Thank you!

Great friendly service from Cricket in the Nursery Dept @ Home Depot. She knew exactly where to get my plant. Had alot of informative planting/blooming info for me; did it all with a smile too.

Great store, has Anything U need to remodel or Rebuild .. saws, fans, lumber, drills, nails, wallplates, hammers.etc, ETC.ETC

Just wanted to share that we went in this morning just to browse and were greeted by Joey in the hardware section. He could have sold anything to us with his warm introduction and knowledge. We were shocked to hear he had just started. We’re looking forward to seeing him again when he moves to the location closer to our house!! Thanks Joey and Home Depot!
