I was blown away! Mary was the associate that helped me with the materials for a project very close to my heart. She heard my vision, saw a way to elevate it and gave her knowledge! She helped me get the best items needed for the project at hand. She was knowledgeable and beyond nice. Her customer service was impeccable. She helped every customer we came in contact with. I also have to say Sherrel was outstanding as well!! She helped A LOT with the carpet selection!! I have to also give credit to the MOD Mel- he was exceptionally upbeat and positive. He took the feedback about his team and went above and beyond to give them credit. The department lead Amanda was also a big help as well! Overall very great experience !! The team they have it great! Especially Mary!!!!

Came to the store and worked with MARY in flooring, she was amazing as she explained in spanish everything to my mom and walked us through the process in a very transparent way. Will definitely come to Mary for future business. Thanks again for your Help Mary.

This trip to home depot was to the gardening area. I’ve decided to try my hand at gardening and wanted to see what they had. They have some good stuff here. I do think they need a bigger selection of seeds to plant sorry I don’t have a picture of there seeds on this post.

Went to HD to apply a coupon that we forgot to apply during our purchase. Granted, HD made the process more complicated than it needed to be in resolving. However, Gwen at Customer Support desk took this challenge on head first. She could’ve easily blown us off and told us to contact corporate. Instead she made all the calls and fought for us. This lady deserves a paid day off or some sort of bonus as she deserves it. She was amazing. So amazing that she deserves some acknowledgement.

Rented a tiller to plant some bushes! Tiller worked great! My over 60 body not so much! LOL

I had knew nothing about extension cords and used the wrong one with the machine I was using and it burnt out but Sonia explained everything I needed to know to make sure it wouldn’t happen again

I got this perfect for my home office set up. Everyone that comes to my office love it. I always tell them that The home Depot has it in different wood colors.

This is the 2nd. house I've bought in the last two years. Because of the service I get, I keep coming back.

We were looking for a Christmas tree but most places were out. We noticed this location had a few, but they were being discarded due to their condition. The manager was nice enough to open the department so we could look. He ended up giving is and another family one for free. Much appreciated!

I frequently shop at the home Depot when I need hardware or related items. I always find what I'm looking for, although sometimes it takes a while to find it. Employees typically don't offer to help if you wander around looking lost, but will generally cheerfully answer any questions you have.

Great selection of Christmas supplies - clean store.

This store is a little different than most but it's easy to get in and out of and if for some reason they don't have what you need they can tell you when and where to get it no problem! I do have a favorite employee though I just have not learned her name yet. She's a petite older lady with blonde hair that always works the self checkout and she's the best part of my day sometimes but definitely the best part of the store for me! Personality is great and she's home Depot heart through and through I always coming up with ideas on what would make the store better I hope one of these days corporate listens to what she has to say! She really has some amazing points in the most helpful way!!!

I had the best experience with Gwen from the Home Depot on W. Hillsborough 33615. She went above and beyond to help me with an order that I had placed online and was supposed to pick up at the store. Without her I wouldn’t have my order! She is absolutely amazing and I’m very grateful for her persistence in helping me get my items. What a delight to have someone like Gwen to work with. Thank you for your impeccable service!

Just what the contractor, handyman, or homeowners need to fix or repair their homes, businesses, or properties.

It's easy to knock Home Depot, but this store is pretty good and slightly better than the rest of them. Had a large delivery and they got all of the little items right, most stores forget something.

They get busy but do fine work, thx key maker. Lol
