I love going into my CVS; always greeted with a smile and a happy face! Checkout is quick and I've never had a problem finding what I need. Excellent service all around!

HUGE thank you to Sammy I truly appreciate the phenomenal customer service she provided me, not only was the store short staffed but she was super polite, willing and wanting to help me which I can’t thank her enough! Customer service these days are pure trash so I am always extremely grateful when I can receive service such as Sammy provided to me 10-10-23 thank you so much!

This CVS is my favorite one to attend when I'm in the area. The staff members are friendly and kind, plus they help me find whatever product I'm looking for that day. Specifically, the general managers Samantha and Rebecca are fine young ladies, they've helped me on multiple occasions. I hope more CVS model themselves after this one.

Great staff; awful customers.

I am a regular shopper at this location and have had generally positive experiences with the employees, including the pharmacists.

Unfortunately, it seems this store draws some of the most awful customers Tampa Bay has to offer. I regularly witness shoppers loudly berating staff (including trainees) over things they have no control of whatsoever. In turn, the employees treat them with an awe-inspiring level of patience and helpfulness. These losers do not deserve half the kindness they're shown.

I say permanently ban anyone who would dare shout at a service worker.

UPDATE 9/21: Jasmine is by far the best person to ever administer a shot to me in my entire life! She is quick, efficient, and she truly makes you feel at ease. I was so thrilled to see that she would be administering my second Pfizer COVID shot as she’d done such a fantastic job the first time!

This CVS is *still* extremely well run and the employees do a fabulous job of managing the chaos that’s often pharmaceutical services. I’ve been getting my monthly prescription here for over three years and still have no complaints whatsoever. It’s completely unreasonable to expect a pharmacy team to get your prescription to you instantaneously and depending on the time of day, you *may* have to wait. Even when that’s been the case, it’s never been longer than a few hours. I still recommend this CVS location highly and appreciate their hard work and dedication to medicinally treating strangers that leave hateful remarks in a review simply because they couldn’t get their Xanax or Oxy four days early every month…

I can honestly say, the negative reviews regarding the pharmacy department are likely people upset they couldn’t get some controlled substance early. Unfortunately, that’s commonly why people will review a pharmacy poorly. I’ve been going solely to this CVS location since relocating to Tampa in December of 2017. My prescription is one that requires a new paper prescription each time I need a refill. There was one instance where they did not have enough on-hand to fill the prescription completely but they happily gave me what they could and then completed the prescription once the time came. One month they were actually out completely but were able to fill the prescription the next day by noon. They’ve been nothing but kind, accepting, understanding, open-minded, and accommodating. They’re a high-volume pharmacy and retail store so sometimes you have to wait at the drive-through but that’s to be expected. This isn’t fast food, it’s a pharmacy. In addition, EVERYONE has a bad day now and again, basing an entire review on the stressed attitude of one employee on one occasion is petty and ill-natured. The pharmacists have always been very knowledgeable and helpful, often explaining things when I was either confused or unaware. I would never go anywhere else, the pharmacy knows me and I feel comfortable filling my medication each month. Please don’t put much stock in the poor reviews, I’ve seen a few very irate drug-seekers demanding they should be able to get something at that very moment when indeed it was far too early. Those tend to be the people that love to paint a picture of rudeness and hatred. I hope you’ll give this location a chance, they really do care about their clients and they really do want you to be healthy.

Friendly staff, decent stock of product goods. Energy drink selection could use some new/different energy drinks preferably low caffine drinks like, Aspire and V8 energy.

The best service in business. I have been assisted four time by on particular pharmacy tech, Ruby. She has resolved every problem I had with compassion, respect and efficiency. She make every face to face and phone call pleasurable. She is the super amazing!!

I have just read the past bad reviews and I am unclear who these people were dealing with at this particular CVS. I live in the neighbor and have been going to this particular CVS for a very long time. The staff throughout the entire store have always been professional, courteous and helpful. It is a very, very busy pharmacy but techs always take the time and work with each customer which I sincerely appreciate. I would not go anywhere else!

I have always had a great experience here, even though it's usually for a bathroom break on the way to my next appointment (I'm a Realtor with Lombardo Real Estate). Sometimes I'll pick up a drink or quick snack, but the important things are definitely there: friendly staff, clean store and restrooms, and convenient location and parking lot.

This CVS is totally bae. I am in there atleast once a week. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly. They always have great sales and coupons. Get an ExtraCare card cause it'll save you tons of money. CVS over Walgreens 4ever.
