AT&T Store

I loved the girl's attention even though I don't speak English and she knew how to communicate with me in Spanish and explain everything to me in detail. I am very pleased with her service, thank you

Serifs was by far the best and most informative representative. He was knowledgeable and shared his support with a smile. He greeted each and every single guest that walked through those doors. He was attentive to everyone yet made me feel as a customer his focus was on my issue. I will not go to any other store. He has the best customer service i’ve gotten to see and i am beyond happy to call myself a at&t customer because i have Serigo as my rep.

Today was my first day off work in along time so I decided to go to at&t to upgrade my phone once I walked through the doors I was quickly greeted by a sales rep name will. He was so helpful and honest I like the fact the he took me to the best phones and explained them to me I always had a belief that sales reps are there to just try and make a sale and not really care about the customer. For the first time will made me feel and think differently. I did get a phone not gonna say what I got but it wasn't a flip phone even though I thought about it.😄 But back to will he was a great help and made me feel comfortable getting a phone for the first time. If at&t had more wills o think they would be untouchable. Thank u will.

Hello to everyone. Just want to say, Got send me Anthony. Yesterdat i was trying to get my phone number. I spend two hours at another location, and the guy there coudn't help me at all. But Anthony at this store fixed everything so quickly and easely. Thank you Anthony a lot

I went to this store because Verizon incorrectly disconnected my line prior to my service with AT&T being set up. I worked with manager Erica and she was amazing. She was friendly, efficient and truly made me feel like a valued customer. Her expertise and assistance only solidified that transferring to AT&T was the right decision.

Employees are very professional and helpful with any questions that you have for them.

This store really has a great team. Everyone was great. A gentleman immediately found some television entertainment for my two preschool kids before they could destroy anything to allow me to focus on my purchase. My representative, Anthony was educated on products and services. He also explored purchasing options that help me take advantage of promotions and save money. The thirty minute drive was worth it!

Gia, Rome, Lex and Sergio were great. They know how to take care of the customers. 10/10 recommended.

Came from Michigan and didn’t know what we were doing. Luciano helped us lots and made our days bright by finding a place to fix my phone. He even helped us switch plans and saved us money! What a win. Overall a great experience and definitely would come back.

Luis at the memorial location was extremely helpful. He made the experience worth the visit and got me and my mom some great deals on some new phones. He was very informative and effective with his assistance. I would strongly recommend Luis and the memorial location, they never disappoint!

Get an upgrade every year with them and they always have everything in order ready to go, system in place. Called the new store on Waters to ask about pre-ordering new iPhone and they said I couldn't do it there since I'm business customer even though I've done it here year after year. Looks like I'll continue to use this store since they know what they're doing and always treat me right with phone calls and updates. Amazing staff always.
